I have an HP PRO MFP M479dfw, I am able to scan to email but only 1 side of a double sided document. I would like to know if it is possible to scan multiple double side pages to email.

+Thomas Humphrey The control panel includes multiple buttons and lights to run the printer and a display to select print options. Select scan from the control panel menu. 2-Sided Original On/Off toggle Select on to scan duplex from your printer.

Well I’m completely baffled. My printer will not link to my network when wanting to scan to email. I’ve put the correct ip address in. “Will not connect to server or up address” model is HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479. I’m absolutely baffled. Any help would be most appreciated. The printer is connected to devices as I can send file from my phone. It’s something in the set up part on laptop😪😪😪😪😪😡😡😡😡

HP Support many thanks. But I have got a little further. When I press scan it now tells me the user and password is incorrect. What user and password. Where do I put this or access it. What’s it refer to???

@@HPSupport this option is to setup "scan to network folder ", i appreciate that...But i need to scan to any computer , by using HP scan Software trigger . When i am trying , there is an error message like "scanner is failed to complete the scan, Verify that the scan feature is enabled in the device" . How can i enable this feature from device . HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw this printer almost went out the f****** window, why is it so complicated to add a bloody email address to it. Can someone please let me know as it now displays " the server security certificate cannot be validaated! what a load of bull so pissed with HP!
