Always fantastic; up the rack and down the rack laterals always are a quick and very direct way of amassing tremendous blood flow for the medial deltoid (as can be seen by Seth's ending set); however, let it be observed that Seth involves great usage of his trpas during the process (just look at those cobras coming out of his neck). Seth is the consummate bodybuilder, husband , and father (just a great human being). At just 5'5", Seth has nothing to prove as a competitor that he already hasn't done so. Flex Lewis just better be glad that he never was compelled to kick Flex's butt on stage, of which we know he could. Bravo Set!!

Yo guys i see alot of you trying to get into this style of training. First of all, Seth 's been training for more than 10 years so what he's doing is what works the best for him, it might or might not work for you. Second of all, his workout are very intense, in order to execute and complete these workouts you need to make sure you eat right before the workout, hydration before, during and after the training session is very very important, also Seth talks alot about the supplements he's using. Learn from his workouts, the very useful tips and pieces of advice and apply them to your workout, don't coppy his workout routine and expect to become like him.

I am chest dominant. I have to consentrate on mind to muscle when I do shoulders. Also a bad elbow doesn't have me going to heavy. Shoulders are my weakness!
I know there is a lot cut out in editing here but how long are your training sessions usually? Id imagine things move pretty fast when recovery periods are shortened.

Seth, I am SO glad I stumbled onto your channel. I have COMPLETELY changed the way I workout because of you. Your style makes complete sense and the results are the same EVERYTIME. I know its common knowledge to fill the body part you are working on with blood but getting there is the trick. I used to have a vert set way of doing things. Now I go for lighter weight, rep it out to exhaustion fix the dick and get right back to it! Constantly working to get that pump! Ive been watching these types of channels for years... You are head and shoulders above the rest in terms of your enthusiasm and your process translating into real life application. Well done sir!!! BTW, I couldn't put my finger on it at first, but you are like the Zakk Wylde of Bodybuilding... Just sayin'
