4x8-18 then drop-set
2. DB front raises

3. Machine Shoulder Press
3x8-15
Superset with Lateral Raises
Use Perfect Shoulder machine if you have it!(most don't! lol)
4. Giant Set - Face Pulls & Plate side, rear, and front raises 3x8-15

I used one of your tips for tricep pushdowns tonight at the gym where you lean right on top of the v-bar and have your elbows pointed outward and I felt a huge difference and amazing pump.

Brooks adrenaline's are my shoe of choice for cardio and working out... Recommended for big heavier guys like us. Out of all the bodybuilders out there you are the one that is very similar to my body type and muscle placement... And thank you for this video maybe I have been doing my shoulder volume routine all wrong I've been using presses dumbbell and machine earlier in my workout and using the dumbbell isolation exercises to exhaust.... Think I'm going to switch it up now.... Thanks so much for the video...

There is no reason for him to compete. Wouldn't have time for his business and to do these videos that you are watching. Competing takes 24/7, plus it takes a toll on your health, that shit will fuck you up. So, what he's doing is bb industry ideal.

Seth, quick question please mate; I've got a pretty major imbalance in my traps, I think it's from a pretty severe injury I got in highschool from playing Rugby--I know you recommend starting out with your weak side first for imbalances, but should I also be trying to isolate the fuck out of my weak side and train it way more too? Any other suggestions? Cheers man, this is by far the best quality channel on YT for training content dude. Fuck shit up 🛠 (not quite an axe and sledge, but close innit?)
