To be honest this is probably the best advice I've seen in regards to paying attention to your OWN digestion. So many bodybuilders use main stream meal plans thinking all food work for them. They Dont. Great Video man!

you should always have backup iron sights on a defensive rifle, however a red dot sight allow quicker and easier aiming especially when its dark, which is when the bad guys like to come. A quality red dot like an aim point can last up to 5 years left on, flashlight is necessary as well

flexluis 311 the red meat just doesn't digest as well as other meat sources. I become very gassy and somewhat backed up. Stomach will begin to distend with too much in the diet. I love red meat. But when I set out for my goal to achieve I have to be real with myself and understand that I have to limit it and use it effectively rather than because I like it. Everyone is different. We have just have to become in tune with our bodies. Thanks for the comment and interaction man! Fuckin A!

Red meat is hard to digest as is, and that's not to mention that it is carcinogenic. some people just don't sit well with meat in general. In reality, you don't need meat to optimize muscle gain. look at elephants, gorillas, giraffes, and every other plant based giant in the wild. as long as you have the proper macro nutrients you are optimizing protein synthesis, regardless of the source.

Not only do I love the fact that you're my height AND MASSIVE in ways I can only dream of, but I love the fact the you're giggly and humble. It's unexpected and beautiful. Also, I love the fact you talk about shitting and digestion because eating is what we do to keep us alive, we all shit and fart and you're correct, when we're off kilter it's not fun. I've heard the sounds others make next to me sometimes in public ( not masturbating) restrooms and I fear for what's going on with their innards - not pretty. It's also interesting to me that you can still get to your size eating pretty much the same meals all throughout the day ( you don't mention sweet potato Seth?). Less swearing please ( to be a better person, it lessons the way people see your intelligence) but aside from that, keep up the f*cking good work Sir :), all the way from the UK. p.s. it would be interesting to see you chart exactly what you eat food and supplements wise as it happens daily, I know you mention it all, but my head jumbled it all up (eg wake up, shake consisting off, pre gym two scoops off, throughout workout one spoon of etc)

I could see being from the UK how you'd view vulgar language, but that's mostly how we function. Lol. I actually like it because it shows that you're dealing with a real person. No pretentious vibe, no salesman attitude, I don't feel like someone is trying to sell something to me or working to benefit their own gain. His straightforward attitude makes you feel like this is a guy that could be your best friend and only wants to help you be your better self. Long story short, in a country of fake ass mother fuckers trying to fight for their own egos and status image, honest and genuine souls have the most value. Those that speak freely, vulgar or not, are worth trusting.
