Ok guys, in the last You Are What You Eat video, we spoke about clean eats for clean gains. It was a great baseline for maintaining a leaner look. Well Winter/Off Season is upon us, and the questions are coming in on how to get BIGGER. YOU HAVE TO GET A LITTLE CHUBBY TO GET BIG! By this I mean you MUST EAT! Clean meals, Bigger Calorie meals, cheat once a week, and overall EAT to FUEL your workout! In this video I dive into my current nutrition program. It is not super detailed, it is very simple. Eat good clean whole meals, add in a few higher calorie meals per week, do your cardio, and train like an ANIMAL! Enjoy!

Two years ago i started to pay attention to this man I was 38 at the time. I didnt think i stood a chance to grow comming in to things a complete noob. I learned how to "Properly" feel my muscles and get "in tune" with them and get a waaaay better pump in my workouts. How just the slightest changes in a movement can totally change the workout. I literally wrote down what he ate to get big and worked it in to my lifestyle. 2 years later at 40. I packed on some quality muscle, and since i learned by him how to properly eat "Clean foods" my body feels great and my health is amazing. I proudly say this channel has changed my life for the better.

I'm 38 in September and I hope I can look back in two years and say the same. It's hard for mr to eat more. I'm 140 and actually weighed more in my 20's. Not a lot more, but 155. I want to be 170. I'm almost 5'10". I used a protein/calorie shake twice a day before and it was working but it's really expensive. It was from GNC. It's easier to drink calories. Any recommendations from anyone would be helpful. What's a good weight gainer that's not ridiculously expensive?

@sf2explus I do eat when I take them. I want to eat 2,500-3,000 calories a day and it's just hard for me to eat that much. I just found it easier to supplement 1,500 of them through two shakes a day than eating them.

When I first started training I was obsessed with getting abs and ripped.. I lost the weight but looked gaunt. Almost 5 years later, my mind set is different, I’m not scared of being a bit puffy..in fact I think I look better now. I love to eat, I look forward to each meal.. Good advice.

Actually good advice. I agree. Often people like myself who are used to always being slim and healthy, have a hard time with purposefully becoming chubbier. But once you get used to it, you actually realize that the longer term results are much more important than just staying small and skinny. You gotta put on some fat during bulking season in order to build mass. It's just the way it is.

This is so true especially if you're a hardgainer/ectomorph who struggles to put on weight! Food is everything & if you want to be big you gotta eat. You will get a bit chubby along the way but so be it. You can do cardio to lean out later but first get big. Put on the size then worry about getting leaner later. Great video by Seth👍💪

Eat eat eat and if you can't eat your gonna shrink and if your stomach hurts, that's too bad bc you need to grow. That's not the way to live. Your simplicity and the way you live your live, is changing mine. Thank you sir.

Food is key no matter what supplements or anabolics your on. I see so many people who take gear and look like shit. Then look exactly like they did before gear once they stop using it. Seth Feroce is the most educational and down to earth bodybuilder on KZbin. He knows the formula to building a physique and doesn’t bs his followers into some supplement scam or promote anything claiming it works wonders! Sleep, Food, Training, Mind Muscle Connection, Cardio and Timing is everything. Really awesome video. I think anyone in the fitness world can benefit from the videos you make. They are real truth in bodybuilding. Leave a like if you think Seth is the best educational bodybuilder and personality on KZbin.

Your full of SHIT. You can eat all the healthy food you want,...do regular cardio sessions and do strength training exercises religiously, backl to back with a good rest.No amount of great food will give you the natural athletic look that most men are trying to achieve in this daily world.(MARVEL) characters. Medically speaking, when someone says they eat 5,000 or 7,000 calories a day to get their size - it's a lie. They always need a powerful drug to push the anabolic and metabolic limit per day over natural levels. Your body can only absorb 30-40 grams of protein per 3 to 4 hours. Everything else is wasted. All calorie diets are bullshit. Accept the truth or don't. But if you have a friend that has been working out with you and only gained a pound or two over 6 months time then he comes back and has 20 pounds added, he isn't natural anymore.?

Love this guy. I wish you would do a video for us construction workers who work outside year round and lift and climb 40 ft ladders daily . When I hear these body builders say they eat more on leg days , it’s like man I got leg day every day, it’s 8 hours then it’s the gym at 7 pm . My stomach eats itself daily on a diet

I really admire and appreciate the honest advice from personal experience you share with trial and error and especially weekly meal prep and not over eating as well with discipline @24:30 I went “ too far” on the carbs from 185lbs-217 lbs in about 3 months this week I’m 201 noticeable fat loss on belly with gains in shoulders, back, legs Trying not to use the scale everyday and focus on the clean calerie dense carb protein and fat meals daily. Thanks Seth 💪 🙏

Gotta eat clean, but you have to throw in some good ol' dirty food too....pizza, burgers, tacos, etc. Can't eat chicken and rice year round and expect gains!

Dan Herrin not true... the pizza burgers and tacos have two things you want. Fat and Salt. You can get that from eating clean buuuut we are broke and pizza burgers and tacos are a fuck ton cheaper and easier to consume. But let’s not get this shit fucking twisted.
