WTF.....So much for the bodybuilder meat head stereotype! I think the thing I love so much about Seth is his honesty and ability to tell it like it is. Forget about the fact that Seth is a bodybuilder this video shows he is much more than just that. This shoot from the hip take on being a better person shows incredible honesty, humility, insight and emotional maturity. What's more, it had me thinking about how I could be a better person. Hopefully, like Seth, I have the strength of character to become a better man for my children. Thanks Seth.

@@bh.9456 Divorced my ex wife 3 years ago (addiction problems). Life is better since that day for me and my daughter. As a couple you need to be able to look both in the mirror. She was not able to do that and there was zero improvement in sight. Funny that Seth kicked his wife also out and took his kids. Look where Seth is now with his new wife and family. Divorce after 20 years was a difficult decision but it was needed for me and my daughter. Now living the best life i could have. Working to be a better person also mean that some people give up and don't want to become better and rather keep complaining about everything and taking zero accountability. FUCK YEAH 🤣
