Steroid side effects. Hoping this is a little bit of a wake up call for some of you. Steroids, peptides, sarms, PEDs, they ALL HAVE SIDE EFFECTS! Some more mild than others, but ALL are changing the chemistry of your body, and all effect everyone differently. You must have a full understanding that problems do occur, and you better be ready for the consequences.
I've done a lot of trial and error with my gear protocols. I know what works for me, and what does not. This video was to shed some light on how serious of a decision it is to start taking Anabolic Steroids. If you are going to experiment you need to do your research, have a plan if something bad happens to your body, and get as much as you can from as little as possible. This is the real deal stuff no one wants to talk about, but you need to be aware. Stay informed and be prepared.

Also when you spend all your time on your gf, thats unattractive to females and will cheat on you anyway. so hes fine doing his thing

Great to see another lifter that isn't afraid to speak the truth. So many mislead us youngsters with their stupid supplement lines. KZbin also is very hard on steroid education channels. But I really do think it is something that needs to be on here so that people can educate themselves on the advantages and disadvantages. Thanks for being real Seth

The ROIDERS are too SCARED to come off of the STEROIDS because they would LOSE all their "size" and "strength"! This just proves that the ONLY difference is the STEROIDS between someone that uses and not uses! The difference is NOT because they lift weights, eat and sleep. People that lift WITHOUT STEROIDS do that! You are NOT FOOLING us! Lift weights WITHOUT STEROIDS and let's see how "big" & "strong" you REALLY are! Stay natural buddy!

I'd just add that 'Hydration' is more then just water intake. in fact if you take in too much water you can deplete electrolytes. A hydration protocol should include water plus the correct amount of carboHYDRATES (to force water into the cells), and sodium, and potassium. so your DIET and nutrition should be in sync with your hydration. you can also add something like Pedialite to help with hydration. IF your drinking a gallon of water per day, but not taking in any carbs, sodium, potassium, your going to be dehydrated.

Thanks for the wisdom Seth. I'm 46, my lab work is amazing, but my test is 254. I was shocked. I work so hard and so much and after 25 weeks in the gym and a new diet, looking better and losing 20 lbs, I was really thinking I must have a normal level. My doctor prescribed me the gel and I'm waiting to see if my insurance will cover it. My joint pain all over my body will hopefully improve. The gym has changed my life. I get hurt at work, but not working out. Watching your workouts and others and understanding the angles for lifts is something I'm slowly starting to understand and do correctly. My doc wants me at 500 test or higher. I hope it helps me, and I do understand I will be on it for the rest of my life. Thanks again for sharing for free your experiences and methods. You are an inspiration, and a beast. Cheers, Fred

Of course, Seth is right that the decision to potentially permanently impair your endocrine system is a significant one. However, it looks to me like most guys would want to be on TRT by the age of 40 anyway, as I think he says somewhere in here, and beginning to use testosterone/steroids just commits you to TRT earlier in life. Doesn't seem like *that* big a deal, honestly. Thoughts? Comments?
@ninjamaster3453
@ninjamaster3453 6 жыл бұрын
It ages you faster. Especially in the face. Plenty of healthy men can produce normal test into their 50s if they live a healthy lifestyle. TRT is like being diabetes. You need to get blood tests, pin yourself with meds. It's a managed medical issue.
@AOPrinciple
@AOPrinciple 6 жыл бұрын
Ninja Master, it can age you more quickly? I'm not saying that's wrong, but I haven't heard that before. Do you have a source for that, even if it's anecdotal? It's true that guys into their 40s & 50s can produce testosterone "normal" for that age bracket, but not enough to be optimally healthy - certainly not as much as those same people were producing in their 30s. A lot of feeling the male aging process, as I understand it, is attributable to declining testosterone levels. If that's the case, a great bandaid would be to reintroduce exogenously what your body can't provide well enough anymore. And Seth may just be one of those guys that looks older than their biological age; the beard certainly helps lol.

@ninjamaster3453
@ninjamaster3453 6 жыл бұрын
David yes, aging theories place testosterone (in normal healthy ranges) as factor for faster aging. Women on average live 4-7 years longer given the same living environment. Now if a man is taking exogenous testosterone beyond normal ranges one could assume this process would accelerate. Most are aware of the dangers on the organs but look at the virilization effects. Heavy users also look much older than their true age.
@AOPrinciple
@AOPrinciple 6 жыл бұрын
Good point. Thanks for jogging my memory; I have heard that the shorter life expectancy for men is largely attributable to testosterone levels. It stands to reason that artificially increased, supraphysiological levels of testosterone could/would exacerbate aging. Ok, you win! XD Ironically, then, maybe using testosterone speeds aging while insulating you from the subjective effects of aging(?). Interesting.

Seth before saying that you are going to be on testosterone forever have you tried to do a power pct protocol and take the time off to try to restore your hpta axis ? I have read a plethora of medical journals and spoke to many endocrinologists in my life and the point was that hpta axis recovery can take up to 2 years .

Oatmeal works great for a nice "colon cleanse" too. It's soluble and insoluble fiber. So it's technically a bulk forming laxative. Oatmeals a super food. Very good for you

What's your thoughts on tudca for liver support?
@Thegpw22

berto garcia I had elevated enzymes naturally and I used it to bring them down to a healthy normal level. Milk thistle is good to and much cheaper imo.

Tudca is the best. You are not to take milk thistle while taking orals as it really messes up the absorption of the oral steroid. Take tudca while taking orals and take milk thistle and tudca post cycle

I want to put on muscle and some times I just feel like it’ll take forever... I’ve been working out and eating clean. I’m slowly starting to see changes, month after month after month. It messes with me because a guy will hop on gear at my gym and in not even a year he looks amazing while I’m still grinding trying to just change a tiny bit after months and months. Maybe my genetics just suck for muscle gain. Who knows. I understand it’s a slow process but daaamn.. whatcha gonna do. These videos are fantastic. Of course I shouldn’t take gear if I just want to look good. I should have more reasons. Thanks for the great video, I’m glad people like you are out here on KZbin

I have a tumor that gave me a lot of health problems including my pituitary. The doctor said it put me through the change 30 yrs early. The first thing they had me on testim increased my red blood cells and made my blood too thick. I got a call in Vegas in 2012 getting married and the dr called from N.C. and he said I was about to have a stroke! Like Seth, he asked if there was some place I could give blood and stop immediately. I have been on a compound ever since.
