Love the part about warming up your lats. I've been telling my clients/friends that supporting muscles are important too! Your back is your main base of support so having blood circulating on your lats will help you control the weight better and push more comfortably. Love your work Seth, always.

Bro I just tried every chest workout in this video and brought the thunder to my workout. Been frustrated as to why my chest hasn't been developing much over past 3 years I've been working out. I actually felt the targeted muscles being worked out today. Gonna follow tips for shoulders and back in your other videos. Appreciate the content. Really brought together the workout and, most importantly, the proper execution.

@@seerking people can be on juice and still have underdeveloped bodyparts, you see it all the time, so how you approach things in the gym is still extremely important to maximizing your growth of each bodypart.

Seth you're pretty much the only fitness influencer I watch. I was diagnosed with brain cancer when I was a child and got into heavy drugs n alcohol after that. About age 28 I was 125lbs pretty much didn't want to live anymore and just woke up one morning and I'm now 29, 160lbs.

put your shoulder and humerus behind you and tense your lat, youll notice if youre doing that correctly it brings your arms forwards infront of your body, lats are active in the bottom of any horizontal push movement if you go deep enough

It could be your serratus anterior muscle. Whenever mine is sore, it feels like my lats. Check it out on google images to see where it's at -- it almost looks like ribs so you wouldn't notice it. It aids in the joint action called protraction; your shoulders pushing forward, and your shoulder blades moving away from each other

Mr Washington Himself it doesn’t matter where you pin, the testosterone is going to bind to the androgen receptors and traps and shoulders have the most, so they’re going to respond more heavily to test.

shdsky no it makes sense. I’ve been watching Seth for nearly 3 years and love all his content. But it is true that when you get on steroids, obviously your whole body will get bigger but the shoulders, traps, upper chest area have more androgen receptors and will respond insanely fast.

Very interesting about being shoulder dominant. I'm shoulder dominant. That's probably holding my chest development back. I probably need to stop worrying about pushing the most amount of weight in favour of connecting to the chest better. Good solid advice.

Finally someone who agrees with me on flat bench. I got one rep at 515lbs but I dont do any flay benching now as shoulder and pec injuries eventually resulted. Incline is a far better, especially dumbbells and hammer strength incline I also find very effective.

@@BeeFZidePilloW Haha. Well it works for me. I was training things twice a week, and I started losing weight and getting weaker. I've been training each group once a week now for a month and a half, and I've gained 15kg. My chest has grown by about an inch outwards.
