@@clipsssviral attack-hit does *not* mean third touch. any ball that is headed towards the net is considered an attack hit. Example: if Team A attacks and Team B digs the ball but it goes back over the net, that's an attack hit. Same with "attack on two". it's right in the name: it's an attack hit.

yes, it's allowed. This example was a bit exaggerated, but he was trying to set the attacker, but his set was imprecise and went over. Sometimes wind can play a factor.
