how is the 3D effect with these DLP projectors got me a new Xiaomi Wemax projector, and noted it had 3D.. so found out my old Samsung 3D glasses for our old Samsung 3D TV, but no dice. as far as I can tell Samsung 3d glasses are working with half of 240hz so 120hz and most of these DLP seems to be at 144hz? but checked aliexpress and holy f there are many DLP-link 3D glasses models so I reckon any of these will work, its mostly design some have the sensor eye at the side and others in the middle. though quite cheap, like around 8 to 20USD but are the 3D effect something to write home about. as far as I can tell the most impressive 3D home-effect. are on OLED, though haven't tried that, our LG OLED is from 2017, and they (LG) stopped in 2016 to support 3D in LG OLEDs So it mostly our old 3D Samsung 7000 series LCD TV from like 212 Im familiar with, and that did look good if the 3D materiel was good. do you still use it, here in 2021 and how well does the 3d effect work on DLP projectors in ideal situations (dark) .

We don't use it much for 3D anymore, but a lot for movies still. The 3D is excellent, same like a movie theater. This is probably my best tech investment I made in the last 5 years! 😎😎😎 Don't forget to subscribe and tell your friends to help us grow! Thanks for your support!

Yeah the projector needs to have a transmitter for 3D, though that's usually built in. Newer 4K projectors likely will NOT have 3D functionality, am still looking an inexpensive one myself. Don't forget to subscribe and tell your friends to help us grow! Thanks for your support!

what type 3d glasses i can use with my acer x118 dlp 3d ready2 projector

Well if you want to watch movies, 3D is truly under-appreciated, we run a projector with 3D and it's really amazing. We had some luck with DLP, maybe give it a chance when you have the budget!

Man watching this video now in 2024 it funny . Seeing the 1k lumen 10k$ projector is insane when i just picked up one with basically better features for about 1/7th of the price XD

how do you pair these damn things to a projector?

There's no pairing per se. After you turn on the glasses and get a green light, DLP works by receiving a pulse transmitted through the video which the glasses sync to when the projector is showing 3D content which you must enable. If it's working, when the glasses pick up the sync they go darker. Hope that helps! Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
