Dale great hunt great tips, buddy! I have been hunting a whole bunch and have tagged one gobbler April 24 here in Virginia I hunt Pulaski County and Wyth County and I’m about to bang my head on a tree. I’ve never heard of this lockdown that you were talking about but the past four days I’ve had a gobbler absolutely tore up and then he goes silent. Assume a hen has got to him. Gotta love a wet gobbler lol, I was able to kill a wet gobbler yesterday morning, it's been raining here too, it's only the 3rd day of our season here in PA and a guy I know said he saw poults already yesterday.
