I think the motion blur you're talking about is due to the original camera footage itself. I think it would appear regardless of the display.

Where is it you got the information on the clarity settings, I couldn’t find anywhere saying to put sharpened to 14-15 and super resolution on high? I would like to read up on that. Currently I just tend to use Cinema or Filmmaker mode…. In cinema sometimes things can look slightly washed out, but then in Filmmaker Mode, there is a bit more pop, but it can be too dark in some scenes…. Getting the balance right is hard

Motion pro at medium works well. Pushing everything up to 10 is keeping the TV busy 😂

For Motion Pro to work well Interpolation is necessary because the content is 30fps

Maybe the LG OLED is different from their QNED but BT1886 is closer Gamma 2.2 not 2.4. I am surprised the enhanced sharpness acts as ‘free’ anti-aliasing, I would have assumed it would increase a jaggie look, not smooth it

Yes the OLEDs are different, I believe in yours BT1886 is actually 2.3

Also in italy....you have to enable hbbtv under channel settings and go in a specific channel(here is 101). It's 4k hlg hdr and need internet connection.

@@plasmatvforgaming9648 I came here to say the same, the BBC and a Japanese broadcaster(from memory it was Japanese), developed HLG HDR for television, they did it so the TV doesn't need the normal meta data for HDR, making it much easier to produce and deliver content to current SDR and HDR TV's.

I would love to watch a video about Super Resolution and the sharpness setting. I’m currently playing MW2 on the PS5 at 120 Hz on the LG C2. I have Super Resolution on high but my sharpness is at zero. I read in the comments that Super Resolution only works for below 4K. Do you think it will work for 120 Hz on the PS5? Since the PS5 is upscaling to 4K but the game is not actually rendering 4K. Will I have to lower the resolution on the PS5 to get the benefits of Super Resolution?

Those have the latest panels I believe, mine says WBE for Evo under OLED panel on the service menu

The only thing I will say about your settings is try 9/9 motion instead of 10/10. It's technically clearer with 10/10 but it looks more robotic 9/9 for me was the most literally realistic looking for sports.

@@plasmatvforgaming9648 mhm. I watch MMA so hand and feet movements are huge. It's a huge test for sports motion. Watching the limbs go in and out and them move back and forth and bounce. If it's wrong you notice.

If you had to choose between playing a game at native 4k ultra 30 fps or 2k high settings 60 fps with bfi, what would you choose and why? How does the image quality compare?

That's a no brainer, I would even choose 1080p 60 over 4k 30. The problem with low fps is that you get stutter, which is basically the picture shaking in movement. The stutter becomes blur at 60. That's why they use motion blur at 30, they do that to blend the low frame rate stutter into blur to simulate 60

@@plasmatvforgaming9648 I think motion blur is like a fog filter over the screen and I can't see the difference in 30 fps and 60 fps, but I feel that 60 is a little smoother. Maybe it's my crooked cornea that's to blame for not seeing the difference.

If you pan the camera slowly you can clearly see the difference, also the input lag is better at 60
