The British T. E. Lawrence played a major role in bringing together a coalition of Arab factions to rise up against the Ottoman Empire. Their efforts helped the British War Effort in the Middle East, but the British-Arab coalition was not as stable as it might have seemed.

Thats right, it's Indy of Arabia! Even though 'Seven Pillars of Wisdom' is a crew-favourite, we have waited with this episode until we could show off some exclusive material from the Seven Pillars of Wisdom Music Video. With none other than Indy Neidell in the role of Lawrence (or Peter O'Toole?). This episode sure is among our favourite episodes to this date - we hope you enjoy it as well. If you do (and you weren't already convinced by Joakims awesome Call To Action (17:20), please consider supporting this project on Patreon. It is thanks to those who are already there that we're able to keep making these episodes! -> www.patreon.com/sabatonhistory Edit: The official music video (starring Indy as Lawrence) is here! Watch it now! -> kzbin.info/www/bejne/m5K6aGmXebCCmM0 Cheers, The Sabaton History Team

What a luck that Indy is an actor too besides historian so he can multitask and play Lawrence of Arabia in the breaks of shooting a Sabaton History episode. 😛 When I heard about the car crash, I was seriously worried but I'm happy nothing worse happened. You guys are metal machines after all. 🙂 Fantastic episode again, I've always found the story of Lawrence so sad, I mean he truly believed he's working for the good of those Arabs and finally he was fooled just like them. I can understand his shame and remorse. The song itself is one of the catchiest one Sabaton has ever written I think, sometimes it just randomly comes to my mind and I have to sing it.

I'm glad you guys are fine since your accident! I'm happy that you guys made this video. My great grandfather was a bedouin soldier who somewhat participated in the Great Arab Revolt. After the war and eventually settling in Kuwait, my great grandfather had extreme hate of the British and the French.

I was born and raised in Bournemouth on the south coast of the UK. Several miles to the west is the road where Laurence was thrown of his Motorcycle, leading to his death a few days later. It's in the area near Bovington, famous for it's Tank Museum.

This is an amazing album, I'm NOT afraid to admit my book is being HEAVILY inspired by this entire album and the stories of heroism and the events you have brought to us and presented. I've learned SO MUCH history from this album that I knew the basics of, but I've really begun to deep dive some of these events to adapt them to my book and world. Excellent work You have a fan for life here.
