It's Cozy Time, Crafters! :) Time to turn up the heater, pour a hot beverage, and make time for warm, fuzzy projects! When it comes to clothing, my inner hibernator demands that I wear plenty of sweatshirts, fleece, and flannel- lots of flannel. So, this is the perfect time to tackle a project I started in the fall, and never completed. Ever since I discovered the perfect rainbow plaid flannel last October, I KNEW I had to make a flannel skirt (and a matching scarf, if possible)! The ideal skirt would be maxi length, comfy, warm, and made from a pattern with mild cottage core vibes. I pulled out a basic pattern from McCalls, ironed a LOT of flannel and (finally) got sewing! Why not pour yourself a warm cuppa' and join me for the cozy sewing adventure! :)
