Sewing a Knit Skirt Set (cute n' comfy DIY!)

Time to sew a cute n' comfy outfit! :) Although I'm a little late to the knit skirt set trend, I have been saving fabric and hunting down patterns for this project for a while! (How cute is this fabric that I found?! Gray knit with polka dots? Yes please!) I also love how this pattern for the boxy sweatshirt pairs with the slim maxi skirt pattern! I was so excited to finally tackle this project... but I go slowed down by lots of sewing goofs and hang-ups. :( That ever happen to you? Well, don't give up!! I didn't, and I'm finally able to show you my new skirt and sweatshirt! I love how this set is both classic and quirky, and could be worn together or separately! This is just what my closet needs, and I can't wait to make more!
