Shirtdress Sew-along (perfect for spring!)

Happy spring, Crafters! :) Seems like it took forever to get here, but spring has sprung and so has the crafty inspiration! It's time to bring out the floral prints, lightweight fabrics and bright colors to do some spring sewing! In today's project, I'm doing just that with fabric remnants I've been saving (hoarding) for far too long! ;) I'm even tackling a shirtdress pattern that I've had for a while... but put off trying because I knew it would take some work!! (That ever happen to you?) :) I love shirt dresses, because they are cute but have a little attitude! Dress 'em up, dress 'em down, classics all around! With cute shirtdresses popping up all over for spring/summer, it's time to tackle one of my own! :) Join me for the sewing adventure, and see if you get inspired to tackle some spring projects too!

I wasn't sure about that contrasting fabric either- lol! :) I like it now with the buttons and such! Think I'll make the next dress in one fabric if I can... we'll see!

I made a similar one in white for work and loved it as there was plenty of room to move..one of my favourites 😊
