I love Andrea's laugh and you can just hear the joy she has in her children. I didn't find the channel until 2 months after she passed. I keep thinking how much I would have wanted to have Andrea as a friend.

Andrea, you are still helping people, still making a difference in people's lives even after your death. You have touched my life so much. I'm so sad that I didn't discover your channel until you passed. But you are definitely still making a difference. Much love to you and your dear family.

You make a big difference in people lives. You have thought all of those important values to your children and I love that your children will most likely do the same with their children and so on. There are not enough people like you Andrea. You are an amazing mom .
@humorisnotdead285 жыл бұрын
You *do* make a difference with *each* vlog because your character & heart come through, whether you're picking out shampoo or discussing values. People would feel wholly different watching someone else do exactly what you do. Viewing your "minutia" is enjoyable perhaps because we viewers are intrigued (maybe subconsciously) that we like you even when you're simply shopping. :) ETA: You lead by example, rather than by pedagogy/dogma, & that's THE BEST! :) That said, your "talking" videos are also *excellent* & just as enjoyable & valued.

I didn’t get to know this sweet lady until after she was gone. I went back to the very beginning and am watching them all the way through. She has made a huge difference in my life. One of the most important lessons was contentment with our large family in a small living space.

You and your family have given me the courage to go on and have more children. I have received such negativity or unwanted comments from family and strangers alike for having the 4 we have now and to add 2 more to that people seem to think is ludicrous. Seeing you be so organized in such a small space (we have a home of 900sqft with unfinished 2nd floor and basement), it gives me the courage and encouragement that we, too, CAN do this. So, thank you. 💜

Happy 50,000, sweet friend! You all have certainly made a difference in my life, and I'm so thankful for you. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE it if you could squeeze in some videos like you used to make in the old days; with you just sitting in your bedroom, sharing your heart about some particular subject. You are wise beyond your years and have so much to share! And I loved the junior sewing circle...there aren't many things more precious than little girls learning how to handle an "owee needle," [as Claudia calls it] and thread; and to see their joy at their creation. Even us older girls enjoy the process, too! Keep going....keep growing! Love you, Pam

Thomas with Hannah, Asher almost driving, Judah watching crossbow, Justus making bedtime milk, Eden the patient sewing helper, Solomon and the exploding train (and States!), and Claudia being Claudia, loving school and wanting her turn, everything 100%! I love your family life vlogs, the girls room looks lovely and I love the shelves with all the storage. You just articulate away! I manage quite a few community Facebook pages and groups so I am on that site quite a bit throughout any given day. However, I keep the scrolling down my own newsfeed to a minimum. I can't handle all the heartbreak, anguish, drama, and downright meanness of so many people. It discourages me greatly so having a diversion of real life where people may fight a bit or be mean to their Papa one afternoon is a relief for me because at the end of the day, I know there is real love here. You are helping so many people, Andrea, in many ways.

When I speak of the bad on Facebook, it's not so much the people on my friend list. I have no problem with either unfollowing or unfriending someone who is a bad person. But, many times, the things they share, a news story, or go fund me campaign, or someone else's posts are full of negative vibes.

Hi Andrea, l know you are about touching hearts and not reaching numbers. Your vlogs were always important to me because I was able to see family life lived differently from the mainstream. To see it was possible and fruitful was eye opening. I do love what I'd call your special features that came later. I'm still a huge fan of your vlogs and I'm excited we have several months yet to catch up on. I was thinking about how you could share a little of what's on your heart without the pressure of an extra video to make and edit. Would it be something you might like to tag on the end of the vlogs? That way you wouldn't need to wait until you have your back log of videos edited either, just a suggestion. I'd love to listen and the informality might make the whole process more doable in the beginning, and help with motivation and inspiration too. Hoping you are finding time to recharge and reflect as often as you need it. Best wishes Tracy. 😊
