I am sitting here cheesing SO hard. The entire episode, just beautiful. I did cry when the husband mentioned his inability to be empathetic. I love that he notices the difference, then Chance added how he chose to refrain from mentioning his mother-in-law. Both men are intentional in how they factor in their wife's experience, and I just cried at their consideration. 💜💜

Thank you Black Love for choosing #TeamBrown to host Couch Conversations. Their willingness to share their truths and be vulnerable creates an environment that makes it easy for their guest to share their truths and resonate for those of us watching. I have so thoroughly enjoyed watching their journey and seeing their ministry/mission expand. I really have enjoyed watching Chance transition from not wanting to be on camera to now being center stage and representing black men who love black women. Keep up the amazing work. One of our kids asked us about 17 years ago or longer if we still had sex. If they only knew! We do a lot! it just gets better. It wasn't easy communicating what my needs were vs his. I’ve been married 22 years and Lord knows I’ve made mistakes and continue to make em. There is no blueprint to dating, marriage, & parenthood. I appreciate each perspective and the transparency. Blessings to all the couples as they continue their marital journeys, both on the show & those reading this post 🙏🏾. Blessings especially to Tab & Chance because they are always project love, positive vibes, transparency, support, honesty, compassion, and blessings. And the other couple about the intimacy during the time of trying to conceive and the difficulties that came along. This is real talk this is conversation needed to be said this is life. I love to hear and see our community speak with love compassion and continually to be realistic and their thoughts with life challenges and still have love and expressed without profanity or any negativity. Because we are smooth loving people if we allow ourselves we were created out of love and Excellency ❤️

Something that's been on my mind for a long time is the turbulence in the lives of young people, especially in our community (wrong relationships, behaviors, resulting kids, their trauma and the domino effect of not understanding yourself, love vs intimacy and more) and what can be done to reduce the instances of wrong relationships, pain and time wasted. Being 44 I never knew there was a difference till now if I knew then what I know now I would have done things differently. I have three children two girls and one boy and talking to them about sex in the social climate now is a challenge.

I'm not married but I love #TabitaBrown & #ChanceBrown so I'll tune in anytime I see them. I enjoyed hearing Chance speak out on how he's leveled up in intimacy. #BlackLove #CouchConvo #CoCo 💜#TabitaBrown🥑#TeamChanceBasketball 🏀
