I have lower back pain, butt hurts under butt, pain kind off radiating in my pelvic area from front to back vice versa, been to doctor can’t find anything wrong

I get rectal pain after prolonged erection and ejaculation. Is this because my pelvic floor muscles become tight when I get erect and ejaculate resulting to this pain? Note: I am diagnosed with severe prostatitis, vesculitits, and pelvic congestion.

Pelvic floor muscles contract strongly during erection and ejaculation. If there is dysfunction in these muscles, then that contraction can be painful, so the answer is most likely yes. Talk to a pelvic PT for help. pelvicpainrehab.com/telehealth/
