i was born here, didnt live in seymour for very long, moved to decatur ga shortly after, then lawrenceville for a while, then back to decatur most recently. back in the day i remember it being such a small town, i remember feeding the local farm horses apples on walks with my family, getting attacked by a ton of stray dogs as a child.. for some reason there were a lot of them in seymour in this time period, idk how it is now though. there wasnt shit in town, but we went to dollywood often, so that was fun!! definitely nice if you wanna be close to all the action but off the grid at the same time. i always wonder how different my life would be if i grew up here for my entire life instead of moving down to georgia

I hope to be in Townsend TN no later than fall but it's looking to get what I want I will have to buy a modular home and property unless I get lucky. Have to pay extremely high price in Townsend or you can't live there. Maryville is iffy but not out of the question.

Terrible AIR QUALITY IN MARYVILLE
@quantumfx26774 ай бұрын
@@SalRuggiero A common theme across the states which is always changing. But, you have to know where it's coming from as it's just not the factory down the road it can be from many different places and what is in that toxic air and the levels of toxins and of course the water and avoid drinking city water completely.

If you mentioned property taxes, I missed it. Please compare property taxes between Seymour and Maryville, etc.
