The most underrated guitarist around, his sound is amazing, so pleased for him on these signature blackouts ❤️🔥

Not sure why Corey isn't frequently mentioned on the conversation of one of the finest Metal guitarists of his generation. Trivium never failed to deliver phenomenal execution of progressive and thrash heavy music, and Corey's guitar playing is a significant reason behind driving Trivium to amazing heights. So glad he got his signature Blackouts.

Corey is not only the most underrated lead guitar player. He is also one of the greatest people to have a conversation with. I'm really happy for Corey and all of his success. I can't wait to throw these in both of my Jackson Corey Beaulieu guitars.

I met Corey at a show in Denver in 2009. He and I just chatted guitars for a good 20 minutes. Such a nice guy and so humble. Definitely one of the most underrated guitar players in the game. He will always be one of my favorite players, and he’s definitely one of my favorite people in metal. He’s a fucking badass. 🤘🏻😈🤘🏻

The marketing for those is really something else. I remember one interview with Matt Heafy in which he said something like, "They have lower latency." Like, WTF is that even supposed to mean?
@Ghost-of-Melinda7 ай бұрын
@@svelle37 I remember that and i almost spilled my tea. i was like "dude, are you mental, do you even know what you are talking about?" problem is, that many artists often have no clue and they will tell everything the marketing team tells them to make the quick bucks in the end of the day, or keep their endorsement. thats why i dont trust any advertisements, no matter how good the artist is, i dont buy their advertisment without being very suspicious. Its pure cringe everytime you hear some unfactual and not true statements from professional artists.

If it sounds good, it is good. The Fishmans are popular for a reason. They can afford the marketing budget because people like them.
@joeylizotte75377 ай бұрын
@@svelle37 Yeah.. If he had any latency issues, it would come from his wireless setup.. lol. I remember him going on and on about how good it sounds when palm muting (while demonstrating), and there was this horrible "whomp" sound every time. Plus there's the "cocked wah" sound that's always there. They just don't sound good. Now, every well-known guitarist that uses them has a "signature" pickup set.. but they're all the same. Just EQ'd differently using software.

Fishman Fluences sound like an AI-generated guitar sound. So artificial, so sterile, so bad.

Great guitarist, I was never a massive Trivium fan in the early 2000s, but Corey and Matt's playing was always very impressive. I listened to their last album and was blown away by it, very, very good. I feel so stupid for sleeping on them for this many years! 😅

These sound great. I've got a Dimarzio tone zone in the bridge of one of mine which I'm a massive fan of. I've also got a set of fishman fluence in another and whilst I like them, I really have to dial them in to get a good sound. Might consider these in the future.

I'll definitely give it a try, I use BKP Juggernaut since years now, and I love the ceramic/alnico mashup, and was thinking about a active kind of pickup ! I have a KV7 with Juggernaut, it's clear that this Corey's signature axe get a Damocles set in it !
