I love how the TF2 Mercenaries(excluding the Pyro for the most part) are perfectly adaptable characters to use as stand ins for real people in animated stories. It shows you how timeless they are and how despite their depictions in the game being massive stereotypes they are surprisingly malleable.

I love how this story’s characters’ personalities matched the tf2 characters. Especially at the ending with the Scout when the guy said: “Nate got himself a girlfriend, which was surprising.” Pretty great story. I was at first expecting the narrator to look at the camera with the black eyes, but Jake coming in was the cherry on top

The children with white skin and black eyes is an actual legend. Think it's Slavic or German, it's been awhile, they have a name but I read about it a long while back. Only difference is in the classic monster myth they have long claws and will stalk people as they sleep in their home trying to get in. If you let them in, yeah, dead. It seems likely that they are the inspection for the children in this story.

I absolutely adore SFM creepypastas, and I love to see small KZbinrs such as yourself animating them. After finishing this video I was left feeling very happy with what I had just consumed. So, let me give you the best advice I can: The animation may not be perfect-- in-fact, I'm sure many would say it's not even good. What's important is the fact that you finished it. What's important is that you had the determination and work ethic to see the project through to completion. That is something that very, very few people have, and I can guarantee that you're going to grow, learn, and eventually become a very skilled animator in the future. I can't wait to see what else you create!

Theory: Everyone else besides Matt didn’t get infected with the black eyed ghosts because Matt mentioned that he wasn’t really good at anything. We can infer that the rest of his friends were infected because the black eyed ghosts matched the personality and mentality that was compatible with Matt’s friends and the ghosts took possession or put their soul into them. So we can also now infer that none of the kids ghosts were really like Matt being not so good at everything. That’s why they didn’t possess him, none of them were compatible with Matt’s capabilities and status

Dude I used to do that shit all the time, I would break into abandon buildings, condemned buildings, foreclosed buildings, anything like that. And, like he said, in the video, I would never break into residential houses, or places with security, and I didn’t really steal stuff. But I would break into a lot of abandoned houses, factories, and any other abandoned buildings I could find. It was really fun for a while, almost like a Time Machine. There was one time where I went into a house that was abandoned in the mid-60s, all the books were in mint condition. All the photos were immaculate, and a few of the rooms seemed completely untouched. It was genuinely like being in 1966. I even took a few magazines that were in pretty good condition from 1922. I still have them, I did eventually stop because with the older I got the more risky it became. But it was a lot of fun, stupid, stupid, dangerous, but fun.
