Alot of Mii fighters in this part. In a way, I kinda found their lack of options for movesets to be mighty dissapointing. Like, 3 in each category. I think each of the Miis could've benefitted from having these original moves alongside being able to snatch moves from existing fighters. Like, before getting the game, I had this pretty cool idea (At least I thought it was) to make a Samanosuke Akechi through miis & had a slight idea of how to pull it off. Use Shulk's backslash as a makeshift Enryuu special, give just a random counter to simulate the Issen, Marth's slashey-combo to make the Raisan combo & I guess just put Link's spin attack, because no sword fighter in the game has anything closer resembling the Shippuu tornado attack. And while I did get a better alternative for the tornado in the form of that Tornado sword, I was left rather short on almost all other ends. A slight missed oppertunity, but hey, at least I was able to make my own self-insert fighter pretty rad.

AlluMan96 Agreed about the Miis. I originally the custom moves (including the other characters) would have a lot more options (like some original moves or the option of choosing between moves the actual characters have)

KHZack13 Moves actual characters have...which would not be able to happen just due to Characters having different animations and animations are made for the specific models of the characters, there would also need to be a different format for something like this...not to mention that they never did this before, so it wouldn't be too complex

This is my first real exposure to the 3DS version and my first thoughts are: "Oh, THAT'S where all the other stages are." Like, I get that maybe some of the Wii U stages would be too much for the 3DS to handle, but why leave stages out of the Wii U version? Whenever Smash Switch happens, I hope it has a ton of stages to choose from. Ideally, everything from 3DS and Wii U.

Bowsercide. Where someone uses Bowser's side-B to get you close to the edge and launch you to the ground for a cheap kill while they get to safely recover. Now whenever someone does it, they along with the person they tried to Bowsercide lose a stock, so you can't get a cheap kill that way anymore.

onesonicguy That happened before, except whoever's further to the left on the player icons dies last. (Player 1 dies last) I would know. I've done it in both Brawl and Smash 4. Bowser dies as well. That's why it's called Bowser *cide*. As in Sui *cide*

Really? I thought the 3ds had the worst stage selection in the franchise Not that they are all bad per se, but the only ones I really liked of the new stages were gerudo valley (and that was mostly for the music), Arena Ferox (Loved Fire Emblem Awaking and the stage wasn't too gimmicky to be unfun but did enough where it wasn't boring), and boxing ring but I almost don't count that as it is part of the wii u version and the wii u version of that stage just looks much better. The Wii U on the other hand had tons of great stages, with only 3 or 4 stages that I absolutely won't play on with the exception of 8 player smash (75m whhhhhhy?). The 3ds version stages are fine, plenty are decent to play on and the retro stages are mostly ok, but most of the stages were either too gimmicky or not fun to play on.

I'll be honest, I'm not super keen on the idea of the stage bosses. It's a cute idea and I guess it can be fun for a lark depending on the players, but in most matches where you just wanna fight the other players, it's kinda distracting and disruptive. I'll usually play on the omega stages to avoid them.
