有什麼油你們從小一直以為是健康和適合油炸的油?我就是被葡萄籽和米糠油sell到🙄 從小就被洗腦它們是“健康又適合高溫烹調”的油。現在我真的忍受不了看到很多完全不適合油炸的油被大力的推薦為“適合油炸”。😑 What kind of oil have you always thought of as healthy and suitable for frying? I was sold by grapeseed and rice bran oil last time🙄 They have been brainwashing us as “healthy and suitable for high heat cooking" oils. Now I really can't stand when I see many of these oils that are completely unsuitable for frying still strongly recommended as "suitable for frying". 😑
I using Air Fryer & a little oil if necessary. The crispy effect is when all water is removed from the food. Deep fried with oil & air movement in Air Fryer can create crispy.
