- 植物油 (Vegetable oil): 2汤匙 (2 tablespoons)
*步骤 (Steps):*
1. *准备工作 (Preparation):*
- 土豆去皮切成细丝,用清水冲洗几次以去除多余淀粉,沥干备用。
- 红椒切丝,大蒜剁成末,干红辣椒切段。
2. *热油炒香 (Heat Oil and Sauté):*
- 在炒锅中加入2汤匙植物油,烧热后放入蒜末和干红辣椒段,小火炒香。
3. *加入土豆丝 (Add Potatoes):*
- 放入土豆丝和红椒丝,大火快速翻炒均匀。
4. *调味 (Seasoning):*
- 加入1汤匙生抽和适量的盐,继续翻炒。
