Does anyone know what may be causing the slowdown @2:43? It does that on my laptop and it's driving me crazy. No matter what setting I use, it doesn't go away. It even does it at native resolution with default settings.

It's nothing to do with your PC. That is the game itself - or the emulator. Even on the actual PS2 hardware, it slows down in that same exact shot. The emulator is simply running the game exactly how an actual PS2 would. Even with a theoretical overclocked hardware, the PS2 simply wasn't capable of handling the level of detail of this game smoothly at all.

Yep want to know this too. Did bluepoint changed anything in the hd remaster? - i ask because they have a track record of altering the original artistic vision (demons souls)

it is 60fps i can tell by the framerate n u can run this game at 60 with a 60fps cheat code

I have a GTX 1050Ti 4GB + Ryzen 5 2600 and i can run the game at 60fps (100% speed, at 300% overclock it lags) Just saying that in case anyone have similar specs

@golvellius6855 Yep. At Full HD. But sometimes, it lags a bit. The emulator slightly decreases the emulation speed to preserve fps. But as far as i played (until the 3rd Colossus), it was fine
