how to interrupt?

It's an ultimate. You need to put it on your bar. its usually melee dps that does it but having back ups is important

Not unfair. Keep in mind this is the very first normal raid available in the game. This is [norma], [elite], [challenge] and upcoming [epic] are harder modes.
