For those who want to know, that Ninja promotion shown was "Puppet Master" (SF called it Puppeteer, but I like Puppet Master better). It seems to be a more defense oriented class, its biggest promotion gains are in Strength and Defence, with only slight boosts to Skill and Speed. So it's possible Ninjas get a more "tank-like" option. Come to think of it... is this the first "mounted" class we've seen from Hoshido besides Pegasus Warrior? Because it looks like Hoshido doesn't have Cavaliers, so I'm wondering what their equivalent of land cavalry is. Could it be this?

The only thing that I "fear" is that Kamui becomes a Mari Sue kind of character. I'm pretty sure that it will all work out just fine, but it's still a thought that crossed my mind at some point. Being that involved in the entire setting of a game can definitely make a character become the "main and only" centre of attention if not careful. That aside, the game looks amazing. Simply put. It has everything that made Awakening outstanding, and added much more to delete every possible flaws that the game had, making me very excited. GUYS, THAT ARCHER. "You thought that I was but a mere archer, but it was me Dio!" Man, Takehito sure appears a lot lately huh. It's nice to see. Also, can I just say how badass Kamui's attack animations are? He downright jumps, do a forward flip, then slashes before landing smoothly. Rather, all the animations are pretty fantastic. Aqua in particular looks quite gorgeous! ... You know... since enemies can now pair-up, can I just say how much I dread Lunatic now? Double Luna+ makes me piss my pants. It's also very interesting to note that there are now stances for paring up. Standing next to another unit is the "Dual Strike" of Awakening, while actually pairing up is more on the defensive side. It'll take a while to get used to, but I absolutely love that. And the Dragon's Veins mode? THAT LOOKS AWESOME. I'm literally screaming of my *veins* right now! Hahhar? *gets blown by scorching blast* Is that red-haired girl..... Severa? I don't know, she just reminds me of her a little too much. Interesting! Anyway, sorry for the huge bricks there. My hype cannot be controlled, same as my sword hand. It howls during the night, and craves to play -hunt-. Lastly, thank you once again for translating Rey. You are truly a nice person.

I love Aqua's animation. Whereas Olivia just sort of attacked, Aqua looks as though she is dancing while fighting. It's very elegant.

I think that's the point in the game where Marx begins to doubt his father. Believe it or not, I think this is on the Nohr side, where you're attempting to fix a nation that has been hit with hard times.

No. Apparently, it is absolutely certain that you were in Hoshido as a child. I'd say until 5 or 6 years old, because Hinoka says she never thought she'd see you again. So Kamui does have vague memories of his original family, but it's very clear that Ryouma and Hinoka never forgot you. I'm not sure if Takumi and Sakura were born yet.

6:00 "Through streetpass and internet communications" That line made me so happy! There doesn't seem to be any other FE fans in my neighborhood. Since 2013, I only ever Streetpassed ONE other Awakening player. It bothered me since we heard about needing to go abroad to other people's castles to reliably get other materials. Now I don't need to travel to really be able to use My Castle to its fullest. Presuming that the internet communications work more or less how I'd assume that they'd work.

I wonder if the execution order comes before the choice, since you then find out that you're not Nor blood and you go onto the field to prove your loyalty. Having a king that just wanted you dead would be very reasonable to switch sides.

2 questions 1. Is the special edition a 2 in 1 cartridge 2. can you only use dual strike when your units are adjacent and block only when paired up.

Captain Karnage 1) You only get one version per cartridge, however the other version can be purchased as DLC alongside the 3rd route. 2) Dual strike is likely activated under the condition you're only adjacent to a unit, while dual guard requires you to pair up a unit (though I could be wrong with this one)

1. The special edition does contain both versions (I believe on the same cartridge), and gives you a download code for the third path that can be used when the third path is released. 2. Correct, dual strikes only occur when you stand adjacent, and it always activates. Dual guard occurs when paired up and activates when the shield gauge is full. Enemy dual strikes are always blocked, however.

There are currently 3 confirmed characters that pay homage to Awakening; especially the more popular children characters Severa (Luna), Inigo (Lazward), and Owain (Odin). You can find all the more recent information about FE:If on serenesforest. For now, all you need to know about them is that the character descriptions are very similar, and Luna's Japanese VA is the same as Severa's. As for Lucina... She doesn't need one due to the Amiibo and/or download code.

Rukia Shimazu They're part of a set of characters that join up with Kamui/Corrin regardless, as well as the characters Gunter, Silas, and Kaze. And oddly enough, King Garon of Nohr and Queen Mikoto of Hoshido are both listed as people that join you regardless of which side you choose to support.

Steven Ventro In other games, you could still "marry", but no kids would come out of it. It usually ends with "let's get married when this war is over!" or something like that. They still marry, and S supports are still possible, but that's it. No time hopping.

WindXadepts Many classes are actually renamed versions of other classes. Also, the Pegasus classes seem to be new, too; "Pegasus Warrior" can use BOWS. Well, ok, its basically Falcon Knight with Bows, but still, that's epic. There are a decent number of new classes, though. Ninja is a new class that uses concealed weapons. Maid/Butler use Concealed Weapons and Staffs. Its also a unique class; it (apparently) cannot promote based on what we see, instead it goes to 40. There's also two new transformation classes we've seen, one a fox and one a werewolf.

Kanethedragon I'd rather have Bride replaced by a different, better class. Its a horrible class idea. For a female class I'd like something more like "Shield Maiden", a feminine class that's not specifically them FIGHTING IN A BRIDAL DRESS. That's just ridiculous.
