Seemed like a insecure/macho thing to me. Testosterone makes people aggressive and competitive. Insecure people constantly perceive innocent things as threats. Shane got loose and comfortable and thought they were just dudes being dudes, but Joe felt the need to flex his "superiority" 🙄 it looked obvious to me that Joe meant to play him out like that. Shane's success comes from being funny. He doesn't need muscles or fighting skills or a retarded fear factor show to become somebody. He sticks to his guns and stays true to himself and his craft. He doesn't pretend to be any smarter than he is or funnier than he is. Real eyes realize real lies.

Mad props to Shane for not falling into the pattern of just railing against cancel culture all the time. So many comedians do it and it's become so tedious.
