What annoys me intensely is hearing the same old excuses from Māori leaders, so called academics and lawyers etc excusing the behaviour because of colonisation, past trauma etc. Why would a gang member change their behaviour if it’s constantly being excused by those in positions of influence?. They need to be ‘educated’ on acceptable behaviour including spending some extra time behind bars. Stop their dole payments. Arrest on sight if in a group. I will assume the most likely option of the two here, the preceding assumption. Perhaps you could learn how to think critically before throwing such de-educated (or indoctrinated) opinions around.... If I were you; I'd start by checking the definition of fascism.... and not just with the person/s (or website/s) that indoctrinated you to this confused conclusion. Perhaps a dictionary printed anywhere before the end of WWII (yes an actual book) when certain cretins began using the term as a political hammer to "other" people who don't conform to certain "popular" sensibilities. And to further that advice, you might want to attempt a tacit understanding of history and how words, and word combinations, have been misused throughout to control weak minds into despicable acts. Specifically those such as fascism, misogyny, or white-supremacy, for example, would be pertinent in today's "western" (or globalised) political environment. Also, please do learn the difference between fascism, fascists, and fascistic for example. It will help you if you want intelligent people to take you seriously going forth in life. You are welcome young zealot.

Any person who represents an organisation and commits an act of serious criminal nature whilst wearing the insignia of that organisation, brings that organisation into ill repute. If the leaders of that branch of the organisation, or of the organisation proper, endorse such criminal actions, not only should the offenders be treated accordingly under the law but also Justice should be brought to bear on the Organisation itself for having supported such offending. Doling this would reinforce collective responsibility upon the ring leaders of those organization's for the actions of their members. It might cause a change in the behavior of the members of those organization's if their whole movement is held to account.

@nickmansfield1 Companies are regularly held liable for the actions of their employees, on and off duty. Employees are also often held liable by the company if there is misconduct in off duty hours and the employees are wearing a company logo or using a vehicle with company signage. And sometimes not even then; it just needs to be known or fou d that they work for X company. It's called ACCOUNTABILITY. Pull your bloody head in mate.
@nickmansfield1 Жыл бұрын
@@Tomeccho sure, in your alternative reality. What I stated was, "Would you like to be held accountable for the actions of your siblings, or your employees?." Perhaps English wasn't your favourite subject at school. You stated, "Companies are regularly held liable for the actions of their employees, on and off duty...." , that applies, for example, in the case where there is a contractural arrangement between two different companies and the one that is contracted for services runs foul of public expectations, for example, in the case of a single employee's actions, intentional, or otherwise, then the entity paying for the services may often apply a financial penalty. Stating, "...Employees are also often held liable by the company if there is misconduct in off duty hours..." , that simply wasn't in dispute. However in this day labour regulations make that process a lot more complicated than what it used to be. Other rules also apply within the public sector. For example, Council employees who commit big bads may get transferred to another friendly institution and rehired again after a period of a few years. And, if you hadn't noticed, accountability is in short supply these days, everywhere. Get off your high horse.

In this instance perhaps. But if you're talking more generally, no, not at all. There doesn't need to be more prisons, there needs to be fixes to the actual problems that cause this idiocy. The damage that progressivism, feminism, globalism and other forms of schizoid radical left authoritarianism need to be addressed. Without addressing; - schools, especially public schools, being turned into exclusively radical left indoctrination institutions, - incentivising women to destroy the society that protects them, especially the family unit, - and other radical left disinformation, like the CO2 scam, this downward spiral will not be remedied.
