Folks at Marvel say that Shang Chi is meant to be on the same power level as Thor. So he isn't some non-powered normal human who just happened to have good martial arts. He's a latent super being, the way Starlord is the descendant of a Celestial. With the rings at his command, he is a fully powered super being who would be able to fight the Hulk or Vision, in terms of power.

I’m just going to assume that you realize that we live in a 3 dimensional universe but an actual chess set in the traditional sence is 2 dimensional. A 3 dimensional chess set uses multiple boards at varying heights and was originally designed by the Legendary German chess master Lionel Kieseritzky. I first saw it on Star Trek years ago. It’s a very complicated game. Such is Marvel’s cinematic universe.

i think the beacon could be to the location of Fing Fang Foom, as he is makluan such like the rings' origin. This could lead to Shang-chi and maybe iron fist teaming up in the sequel to go fight him, or even better, if they make Fing Fang Foom like the big bad of this next few phases the same way loki was the big bad of phase 1

The point made at 3:00 can be reinforced by looking at the branching timeline shown around the citadel after Sylvia kills He Who Remains. Big branches of composed of different strands, where each strand could represent a nexus event, and if they’re all in the same bundle then they likely occurred harmoniously as he says in the vid

I imagine that timelines and universes are technically the same unless a branch timeline deviated very early thus having compounded differences over several millenia to become it's own "universe." For example Peter Parker appearing differently in one universe to the next can be explained by him having different ancestors.

It's feasible that last idea. But we are thinking in the very few things we've seen so far, and I don't think it's that easy. I could throw Galactus or the Surfer into the mix...even the remains of the Nova Corps or the Brood or Annihilus...or even a more obscure theme that interconnects everything. Watching the MCU at its birth it was hard to pinpoint the Infinity War ending of all of that, and that's why this feels so fresh and exciting. Anything is possible!

I honestly believe that the Multiversal war kang mentioned was the Incursions from Battle World and he used Aliath to break his universe away from the rest of Battle World when God Doom was forming it, thus creating the MCU. He created the sacred timeline to prevent the beyonders or doom from sense the MCU. Now that kang is dead, we might see the MCU re-absorbed into the cannon multiverse of the comics, thus created a complete Marvel Multiverse that include all it's properties.

The one thing that no one has commented on is the window design behind Kang. It has the elements of the Ying/Yang symbol mixed up. It seems that Ying/Yang is about balance and at the Citadel at the End of Time the throne is taking that symbol and arranging it out of balance.

This is the only story I remember: The Dweller is responsible for the destruction of the Universe before ours, and Galactus is the only being to survive that destruction. So the beacon is calling Galactus, the devourer of worlds (where the Celestials are hatching, as we will see in the Eternals), and setting up the Fantastic Four, clearly!

The sacred timeline carries Parallel Universes where there are different versions of our selves. Nexus Events are Altenate universes that branch out of parallel universes within the sacred timeline. There can be multiple amount of timelines within the Parallel Universes and Alternate Universes. Whats outside the Universes are Dimensions where the laws of physics are differ. Those dimensions as well have parallel dimensions amd alternate dimensions and within those dimensions carry multiple timelines. In our dimension, our laws of physics is run by science. In other dimension, they are run by something else which you could call Magic or any word that describes their physics. In the MCU we draw power from other dimensions and other dimensions draw power from each other and us too. Thats my theory :3
