I thought I knew how to breathe ( In , then Out) til I took up the flute ... of course the answer is simple , SING the tune and the breathing, along with the phrasing, sorts itself out. Thank you for making the obvious , well, obvious .... and ending my playing always turning into Russian roulette.

Here's to a little more planning, and less Russian roulette! I think writing smart breaths into the tune when you first learn it is a shrewd move.
