3 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp - methi seeds
1/2 tsp - urad dal
1/2 tsp - chana dal
2 red chillies
3 green chillies
1 tomato
Curry leaves - handful
Coriander leaves - handful
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup Tamarind water
1 cup water
2 tsp - Salt
