In 1970’s I trained in Shaolin under Sifu Ark Y Wong in Chinatown Los Angeles. From that time I always wanted to learn Chi Gong. Thanks so very much. Life is teaching others.

What a big change for my body. I can now straighten my arm starting this new sessions. The only problem is not getting the right sides. Maybe if you put a colored ribbon on your right arm and leg would help us to focus more on the right postures.

I wanted to add that as you continue to practice, your mind will figure out the imaging issues. Virutally all martial arts teachers teach this way; vitually all student learn it. I found it helpful to start by looking at the instructor's right hand and waving my right hand (a tiny bit) to mentally connect the two.

My foot stays planted now! The movements are more fluid, and muscle memory is developing. I don't necessarily need to watch the video to do the training, but I do anyway to perfect my form!😃🤩🥰🥰🥰🥰 Thank you, thank you!!!🙇🏽♀️🙇🏽♀️🙇🏽♀️ I'm using this 1 video, Yi Jin Jing, and today I started Ba Duan Jin- almost did a complete set - I've already noticed the changes in my body. I feel my hips balancing out, my muscles are getting stronger and able to withstand tension longer, as I stated my foot no longer lifts when pushing, I'm intentional with my breaths and even when not focusing on them, they are deep and smooth! I'm so pleased with myself!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉😍😍😍😍🥹🥹🥹🥹Thank you again!!!🙇🏽♀️🙇🏽♀️🙇🏽♀️🤗🤗🤗 My apologies if it is inappropriate!!!

You have so many free sessions, which I find incredible, specially as I cant afford a lot of things. Is there a way to figure where to start? And how to create a beginner routine? Ich bin 58 und hab jetzt schon probleme mit allen joints, und vorallem mit meinem lower back. Das bedeutet, wenn Sie uns gegenüber ihr rechts Bein zeigen, ist es unser linkes Bein!! 😂 Und wenn wir eine Kurve machen, achten wir auf Ihren Körper. Und Sie machen weiter, linke Hand, rechter Fuß. Aber bei uns ist alles umgekehrt. 😢 Das wissen Sie bestimmt schon lange. Das ist keine Kritik sondern eine Beobachtung. Thank you so much. Me and my 8 year old daughter do your excersizes together. I have been doing them about three months she just started. And I prey this not come across as an insult. But it becomes very confusing with the left and the right because we are watching you but your left is our right. This might be cheating but inorder to help more people can you get some type of camera where your left is our left? I know, I really hope I don't get hated for this but it is a simple thing that would stop so much confusion. I know this is not meant to be easy but our brains literally are getting g so confused. Even when I have it. It just takes one time looking at your feet and I have the wrong leg out. I know you want to helo others so nych so u am telling you this is probably what most people struggle with. Because I will close my eyes and listen to you but earn I open my eyes I will correct myself in the wrong (right or left way) their has to be some type of videoaugtaphy where your right looks like out right. It is completely ok to ignore me. I will still be practicing with you daily on the wring leg or not. Thank you for all the good you do in the world. And inspiring others to do the same. I believe we can all make a change. Even if it is a small change you should do your excersizes because you never k kw when the day comes where you will change someone's life. And also I want to take care of myself. So whatever the future throws at me I can handle because it's a physical and mental excersixe I follow. I'm just asking if you could possibly get a camera where we can follow you but not doubt the opposite of what we see you doing. All my love Val.
