I must disagree with you , you are my master teacher! you have given me my life back . It is the greatest gift ever given to me. I am very proud to call you master! bowing very low in respect. If not for your teachings, I would still be the disabled person living with constant pain like I was Xmas morning. in 172 days my life has changed from anger, hatered, low esteem , and a lot more mentally stable. I can not call you anything other than '"MASTER" I know you don't like people saying this, but, thank you Master!

The 99% and 1% rule really helps me a lot, since I’ve always been too tense on myself all the time to reach my goal, and it really pushes me to the edge of where I could tolerate which undermined my bodily health badly. Now I know, it’s neither hard or soft all the time, but 99% and 1%.

Whenever I feel lazy, I just watch Master Shi teach *anything*. After about 10 mins, my body just gets up, kinda automatically, and starts the practice day. It's with a different feeling each time, but the result is always the same: get up and get going. I mean, it's 9pm, I'm back from the garden, already squatted and what not for two hours... But no, proper practice hasn't been done, so get up and do it. Well, 🙏😅

Are there monkey gestures in some of the movements quick and exact then slow and calculated? Why Is are opposing movements combined? Is it to distract an opponent or is it some balancing of opposite energies? Please elaborate Master 😊
