By doing both sessions I noticed a big difference, the second session was much more intense and explained than the first. Also it seemed that the teacher had much more confidence. He said that he had read the inputs and that was in my opinion what made the change. So big compliment for presenting the sessions and also the other students who participated to make this possible, with everyone involved a very bright future ❤❤❤❤❤

Foi uma ótima aula,e eu fiquei muito feliz de ter podido acompanhar, mas evitei as flexões e os alongamentos no chão,no lugar deles eu fiz alongamentos de pé e movimentos relaxantes do Qi Gong. Mas se estas aulas continuarem,eu vou ficar muito em forma,será ótimo 😊...às vezes a gente precisa mesmo de um apoio,uma força, pra não desistir e todos os dias recomeçar. Todos os dias é um recomeço. Muito obrigada a vocês e ao shifu Shi Heng Yi (que infelizmente não pode estar com voces hoje). ❤ Amitoufo ❤️

I liked that he mentioned the point in the middle of the palm. That is where there is an energy vortex and you can accumulate energy from that point. Also on the bottom of the feet in the middle just below the ball of the foot is another point. That is the first point on the Kidney meridian also known as the "well spring" because you absorb energy from the earth through that point. This is from Chinese/Asian Traditional Energy Medicine and Healing practices which I studied for a number of years. That might be a more advanced topic but I like to mention it since he brought it up. 😊

Just following the sensei have helped me manage my shoulder neck and back pain by stretching my muscles. It’s been incredibly a great experience. I’m going to keep training and learning and joining Karate at one point.

Watched the original morning session. Thank you for both sessions: As an 81 year old female it might help to note that atomomical structure of the female pelvis which allows the femur to have a tendency to push the knees twoards one another (specifically in the mabu stance) puts an enormous one sided pressure on not only the muscu- skeletal but also the the general propensity for fascial anaomalies due to habitual one sided adhesion of said. Elasticity is automatic it is the visco elastic nature of the fascia. The mind holds and directs tension, the fascia just wants to seamlessly direct flow in the body from crown to toe.
