Has Master SHY Seen this, I Think He Would Be Happy You Learning From His Video And Putting Your Own Efforts Out There , I'm Trying To Learn It Too But I Won't Be Adding The Video To YT Any Time Soon 😂 🌸💕🌸

Most important is to enjoy practicing! It's such a beautiful form. I like to see it more of a Dance with the Spirit, rather than a martial movement.

Would you consider doing a tutorial on what you have created so that we can purchase? ❤️. This form is no longer in the self Mastery course and has been replaced with something else.

I'll consider making one but it will take a bit of time 😁 I believe the form tutorial is still there, you can find it under the recording of the live sessions in the Monthly tabs

masterful demonstration! Reminds me a lot of the Wudang Liang Yi Quan forms I practice, especially Tai He Quan, Supreme Harmony Fist. It appeared to me the wind and environment was responding to your grounded-ness and movement of energy. The sky became darker after you began practicing and the wind and trees started moving a lot, then they became more still again as you came to a close. I often have a similar experience when practicing Qigong and Gong Fu if I am absorbed enough in what I'm practicing. Jia You, brother! Thanks again for sharing!

I appreciate the kind words. I'm both a student of the Shaolin arts and Taiji Qigong. Wudang style has a big influence on my practice and I appreciate you see the spirit of the Tai He Quan in the form!!

This is absolutely amazing to watch.You're so good. I plan on taking the shalolin self mastery course. Was wondering if they teach this in the course and if so did you learn it from the online course alone or go to teachers? Thank you 🙏
@kvedward2 жыл бұрын
Hello Isaac, lessons for this form is included in the Self-Mastery course! But I learned this from my own studies/research on the form and applying the Qigong principles. I've attached links to the videos of the other masters at the end screen on the video. I memorised the form by watching the Chan Gong Rou Quan Group Practice video uploaded by the Shaolin Temple Europe here on KZbin, and compared them to the other video of the same Taolu (form), and also practically learning Yang Style Taichi in a school based here in Melbourne and combined all of the skills I have learned into this Taolu (form). Kung Fu philosophy means that we have to invest time and effort and work hard to attain the goals we intend to reach. So practice, practice and being diligent is key.

I was looking to sign up for the self mastery course after studying several of Master Shi Heng Yi's forms from KZbin teachings and participating in live zoom sessuons. Sadly they do not offer Chan Gong Rou Quan in the course any more, but replaced it with Xiao Hong Quan (they change it each year). If you offered a tutorial of your beautiful adaptation I would love to purchase it! ❤️ 🙏
