Love, Love, Love this workout! I have a hard time doing mobility/yoga because my mind tends to wander to all the other things I could be doing. The time flew by and I stayed in the moment the whole time. Thank you Chris!

We did it! I am so proud of us! I had to modify sometimes and I used my yoga block a little bit but overall 10/10 for today!

When I saw this class on the schedule I considered doing something else (as I have in the past) because this type of class is not my favorite, but I listened to your voice in my head and challenged myself and did it, and it was manageable for me and I got through it and it was sweaty! I will continue to do this type of workout when you offer it again, rather than avoid it. Thanks for the challenge, Chris and Nastia!

So glad I did this. This was a great class and a really good workout. I was stretching, breathing, and burning calories. It was a nice change of pace and a really good challenge that everyone should not skip. Thank you!!!

I definitely underestimated this workout. I've lost a lot of my flexibility this past year from ignoring mobility, and doing this made my realize how much work I have to do in that regard, and how much I actually wanna improve so I feel and move my best. Thank you for this.❤❤

This was tougher than I thought it would be, but good! I do most of your classes (generally in the after party) and this was challenging. I saved to my Favs - I know it will get easier as I continue to do it. Loved the stretching at the end and the long rest. Thanks so much for all you do!

Tackled this after a 30 minute cardio class. I tried it, I did it and I succeeded and that little time under my blanket, eyes covered, being still and present made it all worthwhile ❤

Thank you for dedicating an entire 50 minutes to a mobility at the 9:00 hour. I know I need to start balancing my workouts with more stretching and hip openers but I have always thought of it as an afterthought. No more! This mobility felt amazing and I will now make it a priority once a week. Thank you Chris & Nastia!

I made it through even though my wrists are sore and I do have carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands! I loved everything about this mobility session. The music was also very good. Thank you Nastia and Chris ❤

I was a little reluctant at the beginning with the wrist warning, but I made it through it and took breaks when I needed it. I did sweat more than I expected and I really enjoyed the stretching in between the moves. Thank you so very much Chris, Nastia, and Kevin!

Loved this, Chris. I do yoga multiple times a week - but you always have a creative twist offering an extra boost. I loved that stretch flow in the middle - I felt myself opening up (literally). Thanks again for everything.

This was definitely more challenging than I thought it would be but I did it. And I am sweaty! The next week is going to be full of challenges and blessings for me as I prepare to have a biopsy 2 days before hosting Thanksgiving. As I type I have a steamroller in my driveway which is sending vibrations through the whole house. This workout helped me to focus and literally block out the noise of the construction outside my window and the noise of my anxiety inside my head. Thank you for that 💓

Wonderful! I've made it a point for the last couple of moths to do the mobility workouts on Thursdays. I am getting better and stronger each time and I find that my body feels much better. I have more range of movement and I don't feel as stiff. Like any workout, you have to set goals and what I always appreciate about you is your encouragement that if you bring a positive mindset, you 90% there! I've taken that to so many parts of my life. Thank you so much!

As a part time yogi practitioner, loved this soooo much! Exactly what i needed as I’ve been facing a lot of work stress that has been affecting my body. Thank you! So much stress relief and muscles loosened up. Loved the mindfulness at the end!

It is cloudy today here in NJ and I was extremely lazy and sleepy. Even though I was planning to do some cardio, my body wasn't in the mood, so I decided to switch to this routine, and boy, it was the best I could do for it. The flow was challenging, but doable. Thank you Chris as usual for a great workout!

I loved this power yoga/mobility fusion workout! The flow was real! I've been working (for years) on getting smoothly from a plank to a low lunge or a lizard pose, and I really really struggle with getting my foot up there without it stuttering on the mat, so I appreciated the extra practice on that. And the vinyasas were a real treat. Thanks Chris ❤

My goodness, that middle section was tough! Really enjoyed the end meditation although for some reason I couldn't get Billy Joel's Pianoman out of my head, weird. Nastia was amazing, you both were, me not so much but it is something I will try again. Thanks ladies
