Thanks mam... Sare usefull tips he.. mujhe hypothyroid h. Me 100 mcg tablet leti hu... Mujhe subah uthne me bahut dikkat hoti h. Me 8 baje uthti hu.. Mera 9 months ka baby bhi h to meri raat ki neend acchi nhi hoti. But me 7 am Tak uthne ka challenge lungi. And subah sudarsan kriya and Surya namaskar karne ka bhi.
