I too am married, husband is a Pastor and I'm a singer. We are very self sufficient but still people make ugly comments. I grew up with epilepsy and was told I would never drive, bear children etc so for me this is a huge testimony but people still find issue. People lack spiritual eyes and discernment. Some will never understand what's plain. It's amazing that you aren't angry with the public but that is God giving the spirit to not take offense. I'm working to her there. P s I have twins. Sis! Your testimony truly means so much. So many are going through some awful storms and are so lost and confused. Your words help. The moment you mentioned that we should stop praying for that child I understood. Thinking about it, it is in fact an idol. We have to think, if we get to the point where the desire is all we pray and think about. The only time we talk to God is when we are asking for that thing……what will we do when we get it? I get what you are staying and I never thought of it like that. I had two miscarriages, the last one almost made me loose my mind. God was the only one to help pull me out of that. The desire to have a child from my husband became an obsession. We HAVE to keep him 1st and understand that his will over ours always.

The whole birth control thing, I personally don’t want to go on it and he told me to pray about it but God also opens & closed the womb and how it’s unnatural. I was trying to enroll back in school before I got pregnant with my second and that didn’t happen because the program was going to be intense. My grandmother had 12 pregnancies, 11 full term pregnancies, and 12 babies. It would’ve been 14 babies, however she miscarried her 1st set of twins. All with my grandfather. My mom had me at 15 and had my little sisters (identical twin girls) at 35. After being with a man for 19 yrs. You guys have inspired me and I feel God lead me to find your channel. Oh Samvia! Girl! I totally understand why I feel so CONNECTED to you and your family…and your Mom! I was born and raised in (where else) Queens, New York… my mother‘s fourth pregnancy out of nine (second baby after me was a still birth). I grew up with 7 siblings; and, being the fourth child, I was there for the first half and the latter half of the children raised by our parents. At 17 and still a virgin (the very year after Roe v. Wade became official), I got pregnant during my first intimate encounter/one-night stand), and had my 1st of 2 daughters months after I turned 18. She just celebrated her 50th birthday last month! Being how/who I was raised by, abortion was never a real consideration for me. My parents were very supportive (in all ways) of me and my children. My second child was from my first husband-who had 1970’s (post Woodstock) substance abuse issues. My daughters are now married, educated, successful mothers to the same types of offspring.. my grands aren’t really “children”…who range in age from 16 to 30 (both next month). God, through the use of earthly parents (with a touch of my acquired scruples, strong will and determination, and drive) made it into the success story of a former teenaged pregnancy! I know God is REAL! He has brought me through/still bringing me through life’s challenges! What is your mailing address again please? I’m SO stinking thankful I found your Chanel.. you’re so filled with wisdom! I’m trying real hard to get pregnant with our fourth baby but also trying to not idolize motherhood and pregnancy . I feel like sometimes God humbles us because my body‘s been through so much with my first three babies, and I finally started to lose some weight and feel confident in my own body again and thought like I’m done for a while like I genuinely had no desire to get pregnant not that I wouldn’t be happy if I got pregnant, but I just felt content with what I had at the moment, and God revealed to me that I was being a little bit vain and carrying more about the looks of my body over, bringing another blessing into the world for his glory, right? Well, we got pregnant or so. I thought in July turns out I was a chemical pregnancy and I probably would not have even known had I not been testing every day.The two week Wait was brutal and I was starting to feel really early pregnancy symptoms, but by week three or four I had already gone to the doctor and had my blood tested and then I had a trans, vaginal ultrasound, and ultimately ended up getting my period and I was devastated. I’m choosing to believe that I’ll meet this baby again someday because it’s from my understanding that your body will not even test positive at all unless you have HCG in your system. And HTC is not made until egg is fertilized and is trying to implant. But naturally now I’m like desperate to wanna get pregnant to have a baby again. And I think sometimes we want something so bad that we forget to trust in God‘s timing, etc., and I’m trying not to blame the loss of what could have been on my little ego trip bc I really did work hard to loose the weight and I still have a diastasis recti I’m trying to heal. But my youngest is two and I’m so ready for another and EVERYONE in my family has always stopped at just three kids. I don’t ultimately know what God’s long-term plan is for my life, but the rest of my family does not see children and childbirth in the same way in the same light as I do and I want to break generational curses of trying to limit and control my family size versus letting God give us whatever he chooses to give us. If you made it this far, I just wanna say thank you again and please pray for me if you feel it on your heart too.

To the woman that had the 1 abortion and now wants children and is asking God to forgive her. He HAS! I had two abortions in college and when the time came that I wanted children I didn't. I had given up and just became CONTENT that I just may not have children. When I least expected it , God gave me back those 2 souls in my 30"s. ( One at 32 the other at 34). I have two sons now. 1 for each abortion I had. Thank you Jesus. Wait on the Lord. ( I know that is hard) He has forgiving you. I don't condone what I did at all. Like you said I was young and in college and was going to be the first to graduate in my family. I thought having those children would ruin my plans to graduate. I didn't consult God. I did it my way. So when I graduated and got the house the car financially stable THEN I said I want kids now. Again trying to be in control, but I never got pregnant again. Once I just gave up, surrendered like Samvia said, and just became content and ok without having any God DELIVERED!!!!

To be honest, you will receive criticism for having 8+ kids due to social media. We live in a time where people are anti kids, anti christ; anti marriage, and anti family. I am married and have 4 kids. People make side comments how hard it is or terrible it is. Even some of my patients do. I don’t take them seriously. The most important thing is focus on your family and doing what’s best for them. If it wasn’t so expensive where I live in Fl, I would have expanded my family like yours. My in-laws have 8-9 kids. May He keep blessing you and your family even more and may He dispatch His angels to guard, cover and protect you from all evils and specifically the sprits of envy and jealousy. I did not understand why you will share so much and take so much risks to get attacked, now I do, I truly get that it is for His Glory and to teach and edify others and inspire them to live through Him. So eye opening. I pray that Holy Spirit will convey what it means to me. And it was not long enough! I love how you express and articulate your experiences and what He teaches you. I woiuld have listen to a part 2 right away with great pleasure. Circling back to what I wrote... about God blessing you... Holy Spirit is telling me that He is already actively working on it, the new baby of course AND The House is coming. Here's my issue with you: Its not the fact that you are having 9 kids but you not resting after a pregnancy. Your uterous does not have a break for years!!! Your age is a concern too. You can have a stroke or the worst could happen. Think about yoir children if something happens to you. I know you trust God but still, your kids will suffer. I saw a woman with a lot of kids and she wanted to have another baby and she had a stroke. She cant talk, move and do everything on the bed. Just be more mindful of your health.

Sorry to say I’m not like that I don’t judge anyone and very transparent to all my friends and family but I never received the same treatment and it hurts me all the time. So I truly understand. Be blessed family love y’all ❤ I had a wonderful life 3 children and wish I had more but God call my husband of 25 years home at the age of 40 to cancer. I feel so alone and hurt. I had the life now it’s all gone. That’s why I love your family. Watching yall brings me so much peace and joy to carry on!

My grandmother had nine children from her husband only as well as my aunts. I think a lot of black women have children with only one father. We have been conditioned to think that only BLACK women have multiple babies daddies, which isn’t true.
