My only problem is it does not clean high pile carpets very well. I would be interested to hear from other users what their experience has been.

Hi Anisa, I'm thinking buying Shark if260ukth or Dyson v11? As review for if260ukth is very higher than if250ukt! I just wonder how your Shark if260ukth doing so far sin 3rd February? Dyson is quite lot of money to buy? Shark selling for £349 and can do both carpet and floor compare to Dyson v11? I would be great full for your input with shark sin 3rd February Regards

The garage door on the front of my IF260 has broken and Shark do not have any in stock or when they will get stock in. I am now having to bend down and vacuum the floor by hand. Less than twelve moth old and no sign of when I will get it repaired.

Omg.....I'm sure you can read my mind, I was thinking of buying this but wanted to know how good the suction power is, currently i have the Dyson not upright but the other model but its suction after 4 years has greatly reduced even though i regular clean it and wash the filter, the good thing about Dyson if something goes wrong within the 5 years of purchase they will replace the part. Wonder if it's the same with this jzk

Good video, really liked it. However on the part where you showed us the pet brush, you could have used someone more similar to pet hair. No point using flour with the pet brush. But good video, maybe upload a video on how you clean your shark?

Do both brush rollers spin when on hard floor as when I put mine onto hard floor they still both spin but slower worried about it scratching laminate and vynl floor

Most laminate is scratch resistant. You can't even scratch them with a key. Vinyl, not so sure about, but as long as you don't stay in one place forever, you should be fine as vinyl is walked on for years and hardly any wear and tear. (I work with said products)

I have a chocolate lab and I bought this vacuum cleaner for it's pet attachment. The pet attachment works well on furniture but the vacuum is terrible otherwise. It doesn't hold enough, so it clogs CONSTANTLY as I'm vacuuming. I would say if you have a shedding pet you might want to look elsewhere.

excellent video im gonna finally ,regarding power supply i think i would be more content with plug in lead so i never have to worry about batts as ive been given all the promises before with 2 E bikes i had and with the first one i got 15 months and the second one i got 14 months and this was pure minimal use i was well choked and try to get any recourse with the 2 year warranty they just kept parring me off saying they was not liable for the motor etc and they just covered the actual bike i tell ya raleigh was bang out of order,i had no choice to get another one as at the time i had COPD ,Anyway just to say these E batts start dying the moment they are made and all the promises are rubbish so thats why i would stay safe and go with leads.

Completely agree about battery packs, I've had similar experience... So far the shark has been ok, but maybe its too early to tell yet..

What is it like after a long period of usage? I have heard a few reviews say that after a few months it gets clogged up easy. Really want a good cordless and these are on deal of the day on amazon at the moment. But I’m not sure as I have heard a few people say after a while, it goes a bit wonky.

hello there i'm very interested in this vacuum. Looking to replace my 7 year old henry however i'm just worried how it will cope with thick pile carpet? Also how will it handle long hairs? will it get clogged up to quickly and require constant unblocking like how other people have have reviewed this vacuum have said? Excellent review, just ordered one as Shark UK have an offer on this model at the moment. Chosen this as I'm fed up of paying through the nose for Dysons and being dissapoinred with them. My DC75 Animal weighs a ton and I spend more time unlocking it than using it.
