For me the negatives are the noise and as I can see the head gets stiff and needs holding by foot to change the angle between the head and the wond.

How loud is it supposed to be? Mine has a really loud whine, almost intolerable on high setting

It's slightly louder on high setting but not so loud that it's intolerable you should contact Shark

Really love the product had it about six months now. However after taking it apart for a good clean recently the rollers are no longer turning despite the fact that the green light is showing and there are no blockages

Stupid question but have you checked the roller is on correctly, the green light is only for the brushbar.

Put the vacuum on hard floor and turn the brushbar button on and off, that should reset the brushbar.

GrumpyMan's REVIEWS not sure if I’m missing something really simple here but on the head it only has the two release buttons. I have put it on hard floor, power on, the green light comes on but the brushroll still doesn’t move

I think you should contact Shark I think the bearings may have gone. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

I have this vacuum and it's terrible. Suction is poor and so is battery.
