Yeah, I only just got into this show for the first time, but so far the cringiest thing I've noticed is people trying to force out obviously-rehearsed nonsensical hype like that, ESPECIALLY when it's clearly purposefully vague. I wouldn't trust or want to work with anyone who tries to come out the gate sprinkling glitter in everyone's eyes instead of talking business. Practically all of these were guilty of it at some point. Like the "risk-free" bs. This ain't a commercial, idk why people are saying these dumb abstract claims instead of specifics ... I am not sure if it is worth millions and can be easily copied. Hopefully we are just seeing the sharks being sanctimonious prats for television ratings and they are not just crushing ideas without providing some useful guidance to these product designers, product designers are not always the best marketeers for there own products or necessary have good business acumen, that's what the sharks should be for ? - real crappy television show.

When you can't give a straight answer, you cannot be a very good business man. I think the reason it is taking nine years to get a patent is because there are so many of these things around. Hell, I think the first time I saw one was in the late 70's early 80's. Definitely NOT worth $300 per unit.

it's a huge market and US Americans in general are more curious towards new products and like to consume. Also if something trends in the US it is more likely to be accepted in the European market - this is how I feel a lot of innovators feel about the US. Plus Australia is a small country (inhabitant wise not in size obviously) so you have to expand. The US will market seems to be a little more welcoming due to the reasons stated above and the EU has several strict regulations when it comes to importing goods (especially food and cosmetics)

@Fact Speech Is Not Hate Speech some of us do. Im an Indigenous American so I kinda have to appreciate this place by default though, so Im probably the exception to the rule🤣🤣 As an American who lives in a capitalist society, that guy is forgetting about competition...TONS of competition. I know lash specialists that make $60 to $80k a year, so he would never in a million years sell those numbers to someone here looking to get into the trade. They would never work for him for $25k a year (which is pretty much considered to be poverty level for anyone with a child here) knowing they could make 3 times the income doing the same job without a middle man. This is a service economy. In this environment, knowing people and who you’re marketing too is important. A personal touch is important to surviving in this service based economy where everyone knows everyone. This guy is an outsider trying to break in. He would HAVE to hang his hat his relationship with the celebrities. BTW, you have the absolute best username in recent memory!!!

Hands down best part is when the eyelash CEO said something like "award winning or so they tell me." I mean...if anyone knows if a product is award winning, the CEO should. His entire presentation seemed to be a bit he wrote out to mock this whole process, I dont think it was, but if that was the case it would have been hilarious. The unnecessary emphasis on "celebrity" involvement, the practiced "great question" before evvey answer, the terrible business plan, and at the end, after being eviscerated he says "thx for the feedback"...but thats not all, when one of em' cheekily says "see you in LA" he said "Ill take you up on that". He seemed like a really sweet guy, but just so out of touch...like he learned how to interact with people solely through seminar videos and bad TV

I want the generator. Thats a good fkn product, they underestimated him, itd do amazing in the US! If this was filmed a few yrs ago, n if theyd invested, best believe theyd b swimming in money now. Soooo many ppl r switching to the "van life" or camper life, myself included. And no where on the market is there a strong, small, lockable, remote controlled generator. Thats literally amazing. To be able to turn it on while on the road is such a big benefit, and then the strength of it but its so small and light is fkn amazing for vans and small campers that cant have too much weight bcus its a risk to the vehicle's engine. Such a great product! Im sure his other inventions r amazing as well!!👏👏👏👏👏
