She's so dramatic XD the ingredients are all scientifically proven to "build muscle" there's tons of preworkouts that don't have their own studies and make similar claims and they aren't getting sued because it's the ingredients that are proven. Also there are plenty of gyms that manufacture their own products and are still maintaining, even growing their gym, so you can do both
