If he took over the church and he knew that the ashes were there then he should have contacted law enforcement and the families. His attorney contested that there was no crime committed what law school did he attend, because what I have learned that is considered mishandling of a corps.

I thought families were supposed to collect the remains of their loved ones? Either way, this is shocking and sad.
@ellenbrunson14542 жыл бұрын
Yes the families are supposed to be notified that cremation is done and they are given a time and day to collect their family's remains.

This is the ghetto we're talking about, they want it cheap and they don't care if it's legal. Now, they're all gonna try and sue as well. In my opinion, they knew exactly what they were getting. They didn't want to pay a licensed funeral home, so they went to a barber shop/hair salon/nail salon business. LMAO

Were they paid?

I think being paid or not paid is the crux of the problem here, that and a brat or two brok into the building just because they were snoops, pardon me, "urban explorers."

The machine that crushes up your bones is called a cremulator.. Look up Memento Mori. And skeleton catacombs. "Are you are, we once were, as we are, so shall you be." Walls full of thousands of full skeletons. By permission.

Someone illegally trespassing, takes photos, gives them to the police and they get a search warrant. That is a bad way to bypass the right to privacy. The government could set something like this up very easy.

@christinawallace9609 ай бұрын
It has to say no trespassing and be completely locked and sealed. You would then have to break a lock or by pass a do not enter sign. Or it is legally not trespassing. There are squatters rights.
