Probably would could have them wear a harness and then attach a grip attachment to the top, so the pressure isn’t on their neck but then again it kinda defeats the purpose…but then again he really might be able to just do it. I’m a big guy like 6’5 260 and I can fit my hand around my head, and I have a big ass head lol. And I’m sure Brian’s hands are bigger than mine…so a 150lb person with a smaller head, bald, and chalk their head up I think he really could lmao but the grip honestly would seriously hurt them lol

Gotta say before I met Brian I was expecting to meet a giant only to realize in shock I had been looking right down at him! Naturally I’m not one to make fun of or look down on people who weren’t dealt the best physical hand in life, so I treated him with utmost respect and was not disappointed to do so. We traded heartfelt conversations and lifted some weight a few times, and me being a pretty strong guy myself, I had him beat in every physical aspect possible. Of course, there was one thing Brian had me beat in, and that was with his heart, he made my entire month high-spirited with his well-mannered nature has taught me much. We could all learn a thing or two from Brian Shaw.

Yeah but Juju put on some serious mass compared to older videos. Very cool seeing these guys together I'm 135 lbs soaking wet and 5'11. I have leverage. 6'3 wing span. Lanky. Can throw like a mini beast, around 65 mph. These guys truly humble me. Amazing what all of the strong men do including juji even if wants to compete in body building and not strong man. His strength is real just like Shaw. Arnie will always be my fav body builder though. T2 judgment day. Won my heart. Cold cybernetic organism turned human by the end of the movie. That sh*t breaks my heart. These guys are so similar to that. Caring but turn into machines when they need to.

I know Brian gets tired of everybody comparing themselves to him. Like I’m sure he knows he’s much larger than a lot of people, it must be really tiring hearing it all the time especially when he never tries to bring others down. I have always trained forearms and grip as part of my weekly regiment. Rolling a Barbell from palm to fingers and then super-setting that with reverse wrist curls while seated on the end of a bench. Then of course some Farmers walk and finish it up with plate pinching. I always do my forearm/grip routine after legs where I have the next day off for any lifting. In 5 years I went from barely being able to hold a loaded 400lb Barbell to Dead-lifting 700lbs. without straps or any kind,

The other aspect that you guys didn't talk about is hand size. With Brians Giant hand size he is able to clamp further across the blobs giving him an advantage that way. At least that would seem to be an advantage from a kinetic perspective.

Exactly. The bigger your hand is the more effective (not necessarily stronger) your grip is. In Brian case it's the combination of two.

ermes did this with a handle that was much smaller his thumb was pressing against the side aswell meaning it was not a completely thumbless grip though not the same strength i presume, 1 year ago he failed a lift called the plate pinch and brian has been doing that effortlessly for years. I think ermes lift was incredible i'd like to see him and shawgo against eachother, maybe he could give him a run for his money in grip, and maybe brian will compete with him in arm wrestling one day!

I think Brian Shaw does have the strongest grip, but Mark Felix grip has a combination of strength and endurance that is unmatched.

Love this video with you both in it. Been too long. Two of my favs together again. Also I had to buy the egg plant, that is just too cool. I have like every attachment and grip you can think of in my home gym and now I'll have that one too.

I'd really like to see Licis doing this. Among others as well, but I know for sure Licis has had a monster grip previously. Licis is such a fan of Brian, and from previous videos, I know they got along well eralier, but I've read some people actually talking about how Shaw doesn't really get along with him. It's sad to read, people talk about a sort of jealousy (why, I wouldn't know), or just that he knows "he's different behind the scenes" or whatever. I really hope I'm wrong, since I really like these guys...

Main difference is hand size, it isn't that much a fat grip for Brian if he can close his hand properly around it.
