Fallon Paul they said she loves sleeping on that end and they cant switched the rail bc it doesnt fit on that end, shes fine she will learn the bed boundaries, she slept on that end basically her whole life so shes used to it

I use a "guard rail" that actually goes under the sheet, for a big girl bed, so you don't have a big rail on the bed. I didn't think it would work, but the child would have to roll uphill to fall out of bed. Karen Crumpton i have used this too with both of my kids!!! it is AWESOME never once has any of my kids fallen out of bed! and I like the way it looks better than the big rail half way across the bed, its hidden under the sheets so it's more comfortable for the kiddos too!

I think your idea of letting her get used to the big girl bed before a "real" big girl bed (regardless of where the rail is) is an awesome idea. She's fine. The bed is low enough to the ground and there's a soft rug under her if she does fall out. Don't listen to any of the naysayers. :)
