She Hulk is such an insufferably written show. She-Hulk takes down one bad guy...has instant hero worship. Nobody is worried about another gamma fueled being running around. Offered a great job despite her little experience and accomplishments...still whines and plays the victim. She-Hulk spends much of this show constantly talking about herself and what she wants...but also calls Superhero's selfish and even runs down her cousin Hulks name and her's. BTW, Roth made Emil more sympathetic and added more depth to his character in one scene, then Jennifer managed to muster in two whole episodes.

Why would they be worried. The media would figure out she's related to Bruce who brought back more than 4 billion people after 5 years. Bruce hiding in Mexico actually makes no sense. He was dabbing and taking selfies with kids in Endgame and that was for nothing. No one is afraid of Bruce for years and someone who brought back half the world would be worshipped like Jesus, and anyone related to him would be bombarded by the press and companies trying to make a buck. Yes this includes Jen's family. MCU writers are idiots. They think we should believe Sam Wilson wouldnt get recognized by cops (same with Bucky) and cant get a bank loan despite helping to save the universe?? Do you understand the kind of marketing potential a bank would have if they advetised giving the Falcon a bank loan?? lmao So absolutely the public would be praising She-Hulk; she's the cousin to green Jesus.

I've completely checked out of the MCU and it happened after Loki. As AZ stated in a another video " these things used to be fun, the MCU used to be fun, reading comics used to be fun". Now, I can't read about a movie or TV show and not hear the same things. " It's the most diverse show in the history of diversity ". " It's the most inclusive show in the history of inclusivity ". " Everyone can see themselves in my character". "Finally, we have a show that represents ( insert ethnicity, sexual preference, orientation, and skin color here)". I can't remember reading, watching, or listening to promotional material, or reviews that talked about how good or bad a thing is. It's so narcissistic. Just saw Top Gun :Maverick on Sunday and the best part of it was everything! No identity politics, intersectional feminism, or woke messaging and if the powers that be don't understand that this is the type of thing that we want and is the reason why Top Gun is the fifth highest grossing domestic movie of all time then they'll crash and burn and no one to blame but themselves.

Just non stop azz kicking the whole movie. Misspelled words to avoid ThemTube cenzorshipz.

Top Gun is decent, but don't kid yourselves it doesn't push fantasy left wing agendas, or am I the only one who noticed that in an elite fighting team in the USA, only a minority fraction are white males? The Top Gun pilots, the 0.03% elite of the elite, would of course contain a 7 stone Latino woman, a 7 stone Asian woman, an Asian man, a Latino male, and a black guy, meaning POC's outnumbered the white males. Meanwhile, the control room team consisted of 3 black guys and an Asian woman, with one white guy in the opening scene who was totally soy boy / effeminate, and then strangely disappeared from the team in the climatic scene, where the control room was then a left wing's wet dream with two black guys, an asian woman and just one white male. And of course, Maverick chooses the black guy and latino woman over the white guy to fly the mission. Of course! Despite the black guy and latino woman being comprehensively out manoeuvred by Maverick in the training. Left wing racist BS. The flight scenes were good though, granted.

Gotta say, I started watching my blurays of the 70s Incredible Hulk series last night, and the first 5 mins of the pilot episode had more story and emotion than anything the MCU has churned out recently. No exaggeration. It was absolutely heartbreaking and Bill Bixby gave an amazing performance. I've noticed more and more lately that crappy remakes and the subsequent KZbin videos tend to not only push me away from the remake but actually gravitate towards the original stuff. Finally got around to watching Cowboy Bebop and buying Tolkien's books recently. Watched lots of classic Doctor Who and Star Trek movies. I also watched the 70s/90s Captain America movies and enjoyed them a hell of a lot more than the dull and preachy Falcon and the Winter Soldier. I also had to watch the original Star Wars to cleanse my pallet after the crappy Kenobi. I even ended up getting an unofficial bluray of the Roger Corman Fantastic Four after the debacle of Dr Strange 2.

Russian born, SAS commando, gamma powered super villain who took super soldier serum via spinal tap and had himself exposed to gamma radiation vs. Jennifer Walters, becomes She Hulk by accident which was her fault, is crappy at her job, and talks down to the 3rd smartest scientist on the planet. Jennifer Walters, got catcalled, maybe, as she’s no stunning beauty.

Man I knew Disney was rushing the shit out of all these shows when they first started dropping their lengths to 20-30 minutes and making them overall somewhat inconsistent af. It just spoke to me about a lack of cohesion, if you will. Making the shows have their pacing all over the place as well as making certain episodes within them to fill like nothing but filler. Kindda like Kenobi's e4 where it was basically Kenobi e2s electric boogalo redux edition.

Regarding the CG eyes talk at 18 mins - i work in vfx and i'll say that there is a very strange situation where the refraction values in the material of the eye, when rendered, result in a character sometimes looking like their eyes aren't pointing where you'd expect. This can sometimes be amplified with animation on eyes that might be too large a range of motion as well. Also when animating in the software viewport (software is usually Maya) - it is often not easy to see if the eye is pointing the correct way because the working viewport doesn't account for this refraction of light that occurs when rendered. couple this with rushed workload and trying to get all the shots rendered to final quality amidst Marvel who are often changing stuff up to the final minute and things like this can slip through. Of course its not ideal and there are plenty situations in films and other shows where CG characters eye lines and anim work is nailed (Gollum is still incredible today) ...but the tight deadlines on these shows really dont help in many cases. Toolsets that let us rapidly visualise that sort of eye refraction would really help but rendering is still slow in many cases for now. Also CG humans is STILL something we wrestle with today especially youngish looking CG humans like She Hulk. None of this is a compensation for the show quality in terms of story and script writing - i just wanted to share the info :)

The only time I reacted to this episode was when she made that self aware line about only existing to be a derivative of the Hulk which was accurate and i thought to myself it would be nice if the writers knew why she was a SUCCESSFUL derivative of the Hulk and wrote the show accordingly. Instead they've opted to subvert the character to appeal to contemporary politics and the negative response in the wake of that is much deserved.

Thats exactly why She-Hulk was invented too lol First came Jessica Drew aka Spider-Woman, because FIlmation made the cartoon show Web-Woman, and Marvel got nervous lol so they got their lawyers in, and then made a quick Spider-Woman comic and cartoon series. From then on we got Ms Marvel, then after the success of the live action 1977 Incredible Hulk TV series, Marvel got nervous again that either CBS or a rival network, similar to how we got the Bionic Woman from the Six Million Dollar Man, was going to make up some derivative female version of the Hulk unofficially, that they went ahead and did it themselves. Then the flood gates opened for derivative characters after that. Julia Carpentor, James Rhodes, Monica Rambeau, Carol Danvers (again), Ben Reilly, Miguel O'Hara, Shuri, female Punisher, Miles Morales, Silk, Spider-Gwen, Gwenpool, Mayday Parker, Wheelchair Spider-Woman, 2 gay Spider-Men, Jane THor, Kate Bishop, Indian Spider-Man, Kamala Khan, Patriot, etc But prior to Spider-Woman. Ms Marvel and She-Hulk, Marvel never really did the whole derivative character thing. DC Comics did. Thats actually what made Marvel popular in the 60's through to the mid 70's and why they were kicking DC's ass. Because they were making new and original characters and kept them unique to themselves no knockoffs of themselves.

So even though this episode reference the 2008 Hulk movie since Jen was talking to Emil Blonsky, that still didnt help solve the retcons to it the previous episode had, namely: 1)Bruce wondering why Jen doesnt have an alter ego when the Gamma radiation doesnt do that. It didnt do it to Blonsky, so why should it do it to Jen. We all know the Hulk is the way he is because of repressed trauma like Moon Knight also has (MPD) 2)Bruce told Jen 'we both share a unique rare predisposition to absorbing Gamma radiation to syntheisize it to something else" (being a Hulk), which completely breaks canon with the 2008 movie because in that, it was Bruce, General Ross, and Betty Ross, who were all working (supposedly to Bruce and Betty) on a drug through Gamma radiation and elements of the shelved super soldier serum, to unlock the limits of human potential to possibly cure all illnesses (same thing Dr. Steven Stern in NY wanted to do with Bruce's blood later), once Bruce experimented on himself with the Gamma radiation, became the Hulk, lost control, and then found out General Ross wanted to weaponize it and create mass super soldiers, he fled for 5 years up until the events of 2008. So it was always going to be mass produced by Ross and so what Bruce told Jen is a dumb retcon 3)Bruce told Jen he's been struggling with the Hulk for 15 years. Yeah thats a mistake because the 2008 movie which is set in the year 2008, started off by showing us Bruce had already been the Hulk for 5 years since 2003. So its actually been 19 years Bruce has been struggling to be the Hulk (21 years total as of April 2024 that Bruce has been the Hulk but we subtract 2 years because Bruce doesnt not remember being on Sakar for those 2 years because the Hulk persona took over then) 4)Which leads to another recton: Bruce knows about the Sakar Spaceship, Sakar, and all the details despite saying previously he blacked out for said 2 years because Hulk's mind had taken over 5)She-Hulk takes place in April of 2024, (currently timeline of the MCU is post June 2025 when Ms Marvel and Thor 4 take place), right around the same time Falcon & the Winter Soldier took place, and when Shang Chi movie does since in the Shang Chi movie, they talk about the Chinese Qingming Festival, which is always on April 5th or 4th depending on the year. so April 4th of 2024. And in that Shang Chi movie, we saw Wong doing a fixed fight with Emil Blonsky the Abomination in the underground Chinese tournament, of which in episode 2 of She-Hulk, we now see footage of that fight was leaked to the public. We also see that at the end of Shang Chi, Wong, Shang Chi and his friend are talking to Captain Marvel and Bruce Banner about the origins of the 10 Rings and where in space do they think its originally from. Bruce is still in a sling though which....,makes no sense because in this episode, we see that Bruce is on the Sakar space ship in outer space, talking to Jen on the phone about Blonsky case, so how could he have been in human form with his arm still damaged if the end of Shang Chi took place after said Wong vs Abomination fight which took place in the same timeline ep 2 of She-Hulk did when Smart Hulk all healed is already headed to Space? 6)There's also the fact that in the She-Hulk episode, they talk about "Tiamat's body is still sticking out of the Indian Ocean" This also doesnt make sense because the events of She Hulk take place just after Endgame (which was Oct 2023), since Jen must have crashed her car around Nov of 2023 (when she narrates the flashback sequence saying "a few months ago",and that crash clearly wasnt Winter time, so it had to have been either late Oct or in Nov of 2023, then as we know, fast forwarded to April of 2024. But, the end events of Eternals is stated to take place around the same time as Spider-Man Far From Home, when Peter and his classmates went on a European Summer trip to Venice in June of 2024. So how can the people in She-Hulk show know about the Celestia Tiamat sticking out ot the Earth when it hasnt happened yet? 7)Bruce tells Jennifer in that car crash flashback scene, when they were on a road trip, possibly coming back from her parents house from a family dinner, that he cant believe his arm is now finally starting to heal as he thought it'd never heal, and its all because of the inhibitor device that he created that he wars on his arm which allows him to stay in human form. Now besides this whole scene changing the comic origin, this line makes no sense. What the MCU is basically saying here is despite how we saw in the 2008 Hulk movie, how quickly the Hulk can regenerate, because we know how devastingly powerful the Infinity Stones were, we knew Hulk has a quick regen ability but wre also accepted the fact that it would take longer than normal due to the power of the Snap, but we didnt know that the MCU thinks that Bruce Banner can heal faster in human form than the Hulk can heal in Hulk form. That makes NO sense and is devoid of logic. Not to mention the BS of how Jen's blood miraciously cures his arm instantly after the fact. So the She-Hulk writer, under the mis-supervision of Victoria Alonzeo and Kevin Feige producers, has no clue on how to write the Hul or She-Hulk, hasnt paid attention to any of the MCU movies he's been in, hasnt paid attention to the MCU timeline, and is just making up shit as she and the director go along, zero fucks given. MCU is a mess now.

Episode 2 has worse special effects than episode 1 and She-Hulk is dressed like a 50 year old cat lady. She should smile a bit, be likeable, and be sexy. That's what the comic was like. It makes sense when you realize it's cultural subversion, a deliberate attempt to divide the country, weaken it further, and take down the west. Now instead of huge fan bases that get along despite color, creed, country, gender or sexuality, you have split fan bases in Star Wars, Trek, Doctor Who, DC, Marvel, and soon to be LOTR. Summary of Series from the She-Huilk Writers (this is official....apparently) 1.) Establish She-Hulk as better than He-Hulk - lots of men bashing non-stop. 2.) Errr.....apart from variations of point 1.) we are shit out of ideas! 3.) End of series and cancelled after 1 season. Rinse and repeat across all Marvel characters and IP's. Kerchingggg!

This show after 2 episodes must be the flagship of the "there is no genre" type of show. I have yet to find a single likeable character, good thing I don't pay Disney as I would be demanding my time & money back if I did. Within a few years the intro + credits will be longer than the content (right now it has no content, just anti-male bullcrap) itself.
