I left my ex wife because she was like this. Turns out she has Narcisistic Personality Disorder. She is never wrong & never sorry. A simple guide to use is the Red Flag Rule which is: If someone does something that 9 out of 10 people simply would not do, then that is a Red Flag,. Do not ignore Red Flags. I did and got 6 years of misery which made me ill.

I just broke up with a woman exactly like this. Up to the bitter end, everything was my fault and there was nothing wrong with her. I didn’t engage, the decision was already made. She was more strict and controlling with me than she was with her son, who was basically allowed to run the household and got whatever he wanted. She never did anything I asked her to do, no change at all. Thank god I didn’t move across the country with her, it would have been an absolute nightmare. We would have got there, I would have been forced to get rid of my dogs, and then the intimacy would have disappeared. A life of criticism and watching kids that aren’t even yours that you would get yelled at for correcting while watching said kids would have driven me insane. Back to the book, time to get up and keep walking.

My problem with my last relationship was my ex, was always wanting to be the boss babe. She was afraid of being controlled. She was also afraid of losing control. She never wants to submit to me or let me lead. I just wish I saw the signs sooner. I wanted to take her to the promise land. She never let me because of her small picture attitude. I’m big picture. That’s ultimately why we didn’t work out. It’s a shame honestly because I loved her so much. But it is the best thing for me because now I have ZERO drama.

1:17 Trying to be the man in the relationship = she most likely grew up in a household with a very weak man or an absence of masculinity altogether. “Men are the problem” entitled mindset, bitter and pissed off (Daddy issues). 1:52 You want somebody who’s easygoing, easy to get along with - they’re looking for ways to work together with you, not for ways to highlight your differences or to make you feel bad or like there’s something wrong with you for your choices or what you want in life. (i.e. CRT, cultural Marxism) 3:18 She thinks it’s her personal vendetta to challenge him, probably because she’s pissed off at her own father. 3:55 More than likely she doesn’t feel safe. Never grew up in an environment where there was masculinity that made her feel safe and protected. 4:50 *Compatibility - CW’s whole book is about weeding out undesirable women.* It’s becoming the kind of person that you want to attract. If there are things that you want in another person and aren’t there in yourself, you work on those - that’s what it means - becoming compatible with what you want. Are you looking for someone who’s difficult and argumentative, or someone who’s looking for ways to work together and unify? 9:30 It’s very important to have similar goals + similar values. If you don’t, it’s not going to work out in the long term. 11:50 Why would you want to be with somebody who’s constantly challenging you for power and control? She’s stuck in her masculine and doesn’t feel safe and comfortable letting them lead. She doesn’t trust men or know who to trust. Constantly getting upset, challenging you, questioning you, trying to get you to question yourself in order to get you to do what she wants. 13:12 She’s not kind, she’s not easygoing, not easy to get along with or submissive = no bueno. 14:25 Women who are constantly difficult, constantly argumentative, constantly seeing the glass is 1/2 empty, instead of 1/2 full, instead of looking at reasons why you’re compatible and why things can work out - they’re constantly looking for differences and reasons to be difficult. The juice is not worth the squeeze. Close friends are same way, always looking for reasons to laugh, always looking for common ground. 15:15 A woman like this most likely grew up in an environment where you just pick at other people and complain. 15:43 Instead of building the man up and making him feel like a champion, she tries to make him feel like a POS, and question / doubt himself, and make him just as miserable as she is.

This video makes me laugh so hard because it reminds me of a woman I dated when I was around 20 years old and around 7 years ago I ran into her best friend from that time and she told me she stopped being friend with her because she was always so difficult. It also reminded me of a sister of a girl I dated who was insufferable about everything and would get super angry about things to the point where none of her own siblings would never show up for dinners and she’s lose her mind over it. It also made me so grateful for having read your book 25 times so I could intentionally find my wife who is now pregnant and we had a discussion about things and she was easy going about it even though it was a tough pill for her to swallow, she held my hand and told me “this is what I signed up for and I wanted, so let’s deal with things as they come…” I was so grateful that I held on patiently to find her over other women I may have met

Coach…. some of these 18-35 year old women today have very masculine and attentive fathers at home. But society has demonized that type of man into a villain now! So most of the time it’s just rebellious behavior and just flat out rejection of what they know is right. And more and more women are becoming that way because most of them love drama and chaos. They think it’s a challenging way to live…but really it’s just stupid.
@Alaskanman
@Alaskanman Жыл бұрын
Those women love drama and chaos because it's the easiest source to potently stimulate their emotions. Women need more emotional stimulation than men... that's why they're generally better at socializing. In a world like this, soap opera drama type shit has replaced good ol love and romantic growth, like porn and courting potential partners. The modern world is fcked

@@Alaskanman yeah, though I think in healthy people, conditions are very minimal to a point where it can very much seem unconditional, whereas in toxic people, their love is conditional as hell. my sister is the same way. She never got my fathers attention and love, and any time I'm around her she speaks up about why she thinks men are the problem, and how she has to "step up" and be the man in her own life, and around other men, because they** aren't masculine enough . Maybe, but the real issue is her. She's an overly strong female/feminist and I honestly think this has become a real problem in the world. I guess Corey's message says the remedy for this is for men to step up [into masculinity] and women to step back [into femininity]. It takes two. Which comes first?

Something I'm learning on dates with women (because of Corey's work) is to listen to how they talk about their fathers/brothers. If they don't talk about them much or whenever they do, it's not really positive, that's an indicator of the masculine presence in their lives. Maybe it's not definitive after only one date, but it's just something to make a mental note of to stay objective during the dating process

His mistake was that the girl he was dating knew he read your book 10-15X and is actively trying to learn to be a better man. The problem I see with this is that once she knows you are looking at external information she will just use it against you every time you stand your ground. She'll say stuff like "You're only doing it because that balled dude on the internet says so" OR "Why are you listening to other people teach you how to manipulate us... blah blah shaming tactics blah". She might try and get him to stop watching your videos as a test. If he does she will lose attraction and if he doesn't he will get a headache every time he tries to set boundaries - this is not you... it's someone else blah blah. if he didn't set boundaries and acted like a typical nice guy she'll just cheat and leave anyway. Her knowing what you look at online is almost the same as you just blurting out a load of stuff from the book like "attraction is not a choice" at her! - She can just go to your videos and watch everything herself.

The female behavior you describe above, is identical to what I would assign the shorthand; Borderline-disordered female. In recent years, within the world of cognitive practitioners, they're beginning to theorize that maybe all cluster-B personality disorders (antisocial, borderline, histrionic and narcissistic), possibly stem from the same underlying condition(s), with each personality disorder being at a different point (hence, severity) on a spectrum, with the spectrum likely being named, "pathological narcissism." Regardless, these individuals lack of being contained within themselves (autonomy and stability), the emotional thrashing, inability to sooth themselves, interpreting the world around them in infantile-concrete terms (which often means people viewed, and treated, as objects - lack of empathy and opportunistic behavior on their part), with almost nothing experienced by them as constant, reliable, stable. All of it emblematic of a Borderline-disordered individual.

I feel like my aunt was like this. She had a hard time accepting me as just me and I apparently didn’t fit into her definition of how she wants me to be or how she thinks I “should” be. Constantly making me feel inadequate. She seemed to be one of those woman that create drama out of thin air. She had a hard time loving me unconditionally

Yeah. A woman challenging you is called shit tests that you need to pass and is normal. Corey has covered a lot on these topics. being aggressive and hostile is just crossing boundaries that shouldn't be tolerated.

recently broke up from a 5 year relationship because I was being triggered and flew into rages. I suspect passive aggressive behavour by my ex partner but I am not sure, which I know is typical of experiencing PA behaviour. To put a finger on it, it would be an undercurrent of anger very close to the surface, like snapping, over reacting. Stone walling / quiet treatment was used regulary which made me feel awful. Also cutting me down by saying 'Stop talking now' when I disagreed with her viewpoint. Its confusing because in many ways she was very loving and these few examples dont sound huge in the complexities of relationships but I was constantly triggered and I felt like I was being controlled without being to articulate exactly how and to what extent

This is one of the most hilarious video newsletters in a long time. Serious question - why did this guy tell the woman about the coach? I kinda look at it like fight club… you don’t talk about it. I was in a three year relationship and I think the only thing that I never shared with her was that I am die hard Corey Wayne fan. I have always felt that sharing this would ruin the authenticity that I bring because the 3% method comes naturally to me and I find it incredible intuitive.

I've been contemplating this a lot. I'm pretty sure if he hadn't told me about the book, this would have dissolved much sooner. And I will admit, that's because he didn't actually follow a bunch of things in the book but rather picked some to follow, interpreted/ tweaked some and just didn't seem to get or care about others. Before I knew about the book, I expressed my serious appreciation for him making the plans. I hate making decisions and contrary to all the assumptions, I'm really easy going. Unfortunately, his fun bus just wasn't my kind of fun for the most part. Also, it would have been better if he respected my time and let me know when he would be late (or just have been on time) and could have given more details about plans so I could feel prepared and taken care of(I didn't get too worked up about either, these just would have been appreciated). I think he brought up the book to explain it says the woman should make 100% of the initial contact... which, of course is not what it says.

@@rockerchris5525 he supposedly did. 🤷‍♀️ The assumption is incorrect that reading a book that many times = putting in the work/ putting the lessons to use... or that saying you want to better yourself or that you're trying to better yourself = that you really are... Actions do speak louder.

Just stopped talking to a girl exactly like this. The final straw was when she started to put her hands on me. I told her this was not acceptable but she dismissed it. I was out of there like the flash! She had a lot of trauma in her past and tried to work with her but she was too masculine, argumentative, demanding, and just demeaning. Everything was my fault. Now talking to a woman who is very easygoing and it is amazing the contrast between her and the last girl

tbh I can see her point to a degree. There are indeed guys who have 0 personality of their own and when they stumble upon some self help resource they blidly model their being around it with no critical thought or personalization. You can even see that in the fact that he is preaching to that girl how many times he read the book like anyone cares. Instead of being real man he became actor who is trying to play the role.

I'm an older guy, but just literally at the time of this post, just decided to stop talking to a woman that I've been briefly talking to. Decided to ghost her because nothing I say or do triggers a somewhat positive response. Everything I say even when she knows what I'm saying turns into something negative or an excuse for a belittlement. I'm all for having different opinions, but she's just being nasty for the sake of being nasty. Happened to look this video up just because I wanted to see what the psychology is behind her behavior. If there's any rhyme or reason to it. Pretty much what I already know / expect what the cause is. Kind of sucks cuz I tried to be respectful and kind to her, but got nothing but crud. Glad I never dated this chick that I'm talking about. Sounds similar to the woman in this video but more extreme. Here's to investing in box wine and cat litter/food.
