21:55 So just to unpack this story, this clearly young child got grounded because he told the landlord that his family is poor, which who knows what happened with that other than the kid having no filter, he sneaks his tablet from somewhere, his mom sees he has the tablet when he isn't supposed to, he gets in even more trouble because of thumbnail cleavage on the Coney YT, he gets super grounded and needs to get straight A's in order to get gaming/tablet privileges back, he writes into Cringe Confessional to complain about what's happened to him as like a final hail mary or something, and then a year or so later it finally gets featured on the show (the backlog is about a year long I believe), where it gets respectfully torn to shreads. Ladies and gentlemen, this might be our first real-time Cringe Confessional story. Props to the mother for actually bothering to parent, too
